- I'm almost done going through everything and updating it ; I just need you to look over the website section, since you've been handling it
- open word - go to Compass --> 2013/14 --> Internal Coordinators --> you should see folder labelled IC Manual, there should be document labelled "Website 14-15" open that up and change whatever you would like

- i also made envelopes for the tickets. they arent double checking the tickets before giving them away, idk why. so we made these changes to help prevent further mistakes. we should probably talk about this at the meeting (double checking the ticket and rms price before selling it)

debbie and i had a meeting for like, an hour to catch up on everything she missed while away

club 77
- the reason we cant sell for events including club 77 because of the danger to students (stabbings and things that were happening at the club and at events associated with the club).
- I spoke to anna to find out more about the policy. its a university policy, its above MSU authority. i explained it was a pub crawl and club 77 is one of the clubs included, she said to speak to wooder tho to confirm what we are allowed doing.
- BUT adam said he removed club 77 from the event. i find that kinda sketchy cause it doesn't seem like it would be that easy to remove a club from a pub crawl so fast, considering these things are planned months in advance and take considerable agreements. wooder said the same thing when i told him they cut 77 after you originally emailed him about the problem. Wooder said that because they were originally affiliated with club 77 we need docuentation/proof that they have been removed from the list in order to sell tickets, or else we could be breaking the policy and get in trouble. i figured there would be a problem even tho they removed club 77.
- he said he never got ur email when you originally explained the issue with club 77, which i find hard to believe bc it clearly sent. he is now saying we should make the case that he cut club 77 from the event without knowing our policy, and thus we should continue with sales.
- as you told him the other day, in the end debbie will make the final decision so, we'll just wait


i made another tweet about ST, i dont think anyone has come for the refund yet so i dont think many ppl taking the bus have seen our notices.

window banner
- this morning on my way to work i realized we still hadn't put the window banner up so i did that this morning. I was so scared! Mike Wooder helped me, I had to stand on the ledge of the window thats at our chest height and lean against the window posts looking down at the ground outside, i realized in that moment that i'm afraid of heights haha. Not a fun experience, but the banner is up and it looks good!

- went through the entire webpage making sure everything was up to date, this took a while to review everything

went through msu calender to see what events are coming up in the next few months that we should be aware of, theres nothing on there that big (ie. like clubs fest that already past, i had no idea it was so early). more events may appear over time though so we should check every now and then. as of now there's nothing that we can be a part of or should be aware of

- so i left the email for you to reply to, i didn't wanna make any mistakes. ill review your response back to her next time i'm in so i know how to proceed with this type of thing in the future. I looked at the advertising contract but i wanted to speak to you first to make sure I fully understand.
- There's a section for ppl who aren't selling through us, but there's no section for charity's who arent collecting through us. Should we make a new section on there to clarify that? Or does the charity/no collection through compass fall under the "no current ticket sales through compass" section?
- I was thinking we should make an additional section for charities who aren't collecting through us, starting at $5 instead of $10, since they are a charity. I don't know if you've talked to debbie about what your gunna charge her, so please fill me in on what you talked about/what i missed and what to charge for this type of situation :)

i put all the christmas stuff away and cleared out the drawer we have all the checks in, i called/emailed ppl to come get their checks, so hopefully people will be coming by tomorrow to pick em up

-ive started updating the IC manual, Debbie wants it done by the end Feb - I dont mind being the one updating it, I feel like there will be confusion if we both do it, I will leave the website one for you though, since youre more familiar with it

- i spoke to al a few days ago and he isnt able to give us any more tickets (n) we sold out of guest tickets today, notices are on the windows and i put  a notice on the website

- i never put a notice up about hiring CSRs, last time i reviewed that page it didnt say anything about hiring csr's so idk where that came from haha, but thanks for removing it

yuk yuks
- on monday i put 20 student and 20 guest on red, and 10 guest and 10 student on green. i went down and counted everything today, turns out that (somehow..) green took all of reds tickets (they had all 30 students and all 30 guests), leaving red with zero which is what you found. i fixed this and confirmed our numbers which all add up.

internal transfers
- you were using the wrong internal transfer template for tokyo police, i started a new one with the template that includes the HST boxes that debbie needs. i did the over/short and gave it to debbie.
- as on 12pm on jan 9th we are missing 8 tickets (4 student, 4 guest). i did the over/short on the internal transfer for the 8 missing, but debbie needs to check today's rec tomorrow and see if any of those tickets turn up. if they turn up, we will have to change the internal transfer to account for those 8, if they remain missing then the internal transfer is complete and debbie will approve it.

- me and josh dealt with the boxes that were delivered - we got an email about it, so dont worry about that now
- i also fixed the "jobs at compass" page on the website, the links werent working, so i took those off, and put the links on to take them to the page where they can apply from - and also it said there that we were hiring CSRs now too, but we're not yet - that's gonna happen once we hire new shift supervisors
- put notice on pp as well and made a comm journal post applications being open

also idk if cody told you, but I believe we're having a manager meeting on friday at 130
