Hi Ozi!

On Tuesday afternoon I spoke with Dana about the list so she knows that it exists. I gave her a copy but told her that before you leave, you will let her know all of the things on the list that you have done! 

I did not have time to create the draft email of our services but the draft summer email is saved under drafts. 

Keep me updated with what does on during your shifts, you can text me for urgent decisions, email me, and also please post on here everyday about what has happened and what the next steps are so that I am still in the loop! I can read this email from home. :) Goodluck!

Tuesday May 26th

Recap of Monday 25th:

• Met with Mark Alfano
• Wants to have the first football game tickets (Sept 12th) on sale for NWD
• Think about giving us different levels of tickets- adult, alumni, etc. to sell but we have to figure out a way to make sure that people are getting the right tickets- cannot check student cards
• He was interested in cross promoting with us on the phone wallets and the chapstick, going to let us know soon
• Melanie will be our future contact for this years football game tickets
• Told him about the LCD advertising, may use if for his football games and for Ath and Rec charity events ($5.00?)
• Video with Mike
• Did video shoot with Mike for Clubs and other things
• He is in the process of shooting b-roll for the video- whenever it is finished we can send it to Josh Patel from Clubs to put onto their manual!

Tuesday May 26th

• Meeting with Sarah from MacQuest
• MacQuest is on Monday August 31st- they are splitting it up into themed tours, her thought for Compass would be to put it under the "Career tour" which would stop at locations on campus where students can get jobs
• Time: between 1-4 pm
• Would bring students to the desk- we could have our table set up, promos to give away, and a flyer with all that Compass does- do a brief talk about working at Compass, how tot get a job here, and then really push services that we provide!
• Will let us know numbers hopefully by the end of June but numbers won't be exact until people actually sign up- oscar plus/macpass distribution

• Write out list of things to be done for rest of summer, discuss with Dana

Tuesday May 19th

Meeting with Mike

• Wrote script for video
• Edit script, practice, decide what parts are for voice over
• Come on Monday prepared to shoot @1:00 pm

Battlefeild

• Got uniform proofs
• On Monday 25th do purchase order for uniforms
• Got pricing for swag items
• contacting Jen (1280) about cross promo with thunder sticks
• Asking ath and rec about the lip chap cross promo?
• Deciding about phone back- should we sell or just give away as promo?

Almanac

• Need to add in section about advertising on the LCD

Soc Sci Booklet

• Send Marina the copy of what we want the booklet to say

Meeting with Hooria from Union Market

• Two boxes of coffee sleeves- Hooria will contact when they come in, ordering within the next week

Meeting with Josh from Clubs

• Send Josh a blurb about Compass as a resource for Clubs to put on the website (sooner than later) he will put it on right away
• Talk to Micheal about filming a video for us to put on their online training modules
• Clubs training is in September, will receive dates later on and then we can decide whether we want to have a presence (if we can be there) or if we will have to just show the video
• Going to send finalized Clubs list by end of June- if we need it sooner we can get a tentative list

Uniforms

• Finalize stuff with Michelle from Battlefeild
• Compare final prices for uniform
• Get sizes from the google survey from Alessia and Scott

Meeting with Jennifer from 1280

• Napkin wraps
• Jennifer is good to go with the napkin wrappers however she just doesn't know where we can get them from (research to find a company that does this)
• TwelveEighty calendar- she we email us every month to see if we have anything we want to put on the calendar- Sundays we can put a blurb because she doesn't usually have things going on
• Cross promotions
• Very interested in cross promotions on water bottles, bambams, etc. Wants us to let her know once we have prices and everything

Pocket Map

• Spoke with Mike about the pocket map, got latest final proof
• Going to confirm with Debbie
