What I did today:
- Contact Darya about the payment
- Counted and began internal transfer for Sheepdogs, Debbie is running the numbers before we can proceed
- Began to create a draft email about the group tickets to send out
- Deleted past items from the RMS

-Added Ti-Cats to end of day template.
-Finished board by the elevator
-Counted most of sheepdogs ticket, just the envelop above( 'Student' from Red till left)
-Darya replied and left 2 options, I left it as 'unread' so you'll see it. Since you've been in contact with her, I figured you might want to make the decision. Wasn't sure which was better.

-Added new Marauder ticket to end of day sheet, float sheet, calendar and ticket page on website, whiteboard downstairs and RMS
-Printed and attached Melanies confirmation, emailed SSs event details
-Put FB game tickets out to red and green ticket binder
-Meeting with Jill Scott from Core ent. about selling show tickets
-Pulled remaining Sheepdog tickets( they were left in Green binder)
- Counted Generocksity tickets: 63. From the contract binder it says we started with 71 , the RMS sold 7 so there is one unaccounted for... I dint do cheque req so that you can confirm this first.

What I didnt get a chance to do:
-Count Sheepdog tickets and do internal transfer
-Cheque req for Generocksity
-Social media and powerpoint for Oct 8th Football Game ticket

Monday September 28th

What I have done today:
- Finished the VIII fest cheque rec and gave to accounting
- Got tickets from Melanie for the next football game
- Did the cheque rec for the Homecoming game and gave to accounting
- brought up tickets from safe for Generocksity and for Campus Events Sheepdog concert

For you to do:
- Please put the football tickets out for sale and advertise! They are in the safe. I already double counted them (200). I will leave a copy of the contract on the desk for you to bring downstairs. Melanie sent the contract over email, so whenever she responds to my previous email, we will print her confirmation and use that as a signature (attach to contract). If you do the website I can put the information on facebook, twitter, and powerpoint tomorrow morning
- Do cheque rec for Generocksity
- Do the internal transfer for Sheepdogs campus events tickets
- Edit the float sheet with the correct current tickets
- *I have not done a final count for either tickets. I just brought them up to the desk*

I know this is a long list of stuff to do- getting the football tickets out is number one on the list! After that just do what you can, I will finish the rest tomorrow.

September 24th

-Jill from Core entertainment wants to meet on Monday at 3.30 to do contract for us to sell tickets for their shows, i will be in that meeting since its outside your working hours.
- Sent Al ticket Update before I left
-Put promo stuff together : 50 lip balms, 20 blue/20 red sanitizers, bag of buttons, 3 packs of pens. 40 note pads,
-The standing and table banner are downstairs so i dint bother bringing them up. everything else is in a carton under our table.
-Found a cheque req to VIII Fest guy and a copy of generocksity contract but wasn't sure if it was for downstairs or Debbie as there was no note so i put them 1st page of 'Current Contract ' binder

September 24th

Today:

- I re-did the Jeopardy game for tomorrow, all questions are in the individual slots. 
- We need to get promo material ready for tomorrow, I think that we should give away 100 phone wallets (for when people answer the 500 questions
- Then have lip chap for 400, hand sanitizer for 300, pens for 200, and buttons for 100
- I haven't gotten the promo items from GO Transit yet so I emailed Autumn, she said that they are waiting for them to come in and will ship to us afterwards. I reminded her that our event is tomorrow and asked for a one day shipping- waiting to see what she says


Can you please:
- Get promo material ready for tomorrow (pens, phone wallets, sanitizers, lip balm)
- Get the standing banner, the table banner, duck tape and table cloth ready in a pile behind our desk so tomorrow morning all I have to do it grab it to go set up. 

IMPORTANT
- The event tomorrow is not running from 11-4 (it was originally running from 12-5). This messes up our schedule for the day. 
- We need to be set up and running by 11. I know you have class until 11:20
- I will come in for 10:15 to set up the table so that it is ready for 11 and run the table until you can be there. Please come as soon as your class is finished as I have class at 11:30 so cannot stay later.
- My class is done at 2:20 and your next class starts at 2:30. I will come as soon as my class is done and work the table until 4 and then do the take down. 
- The hours should look something like this

I will call you around 3:30 to discuss further.

-Replied Darya, she will come in during your office hours to meet with you and give the tickets and contract.
-Spoke to Jen from 1280: they are scrapping the calendar because it wasn't being effective this year so that avenue for promotion is scrapped. we want to work on some co-promo were they can give people hand sanitizers at 1280. We should talk and come up with a plan if we want to go ahead with this.
-Didnt get a reply from Dave so i am going to colour photocopy the flyer for the spotlight board  myself.
-Printed more float sheets

To do:
-Please do rec for VIIFest, i have pulled them from downstairs. they are in the locked drawer by our table

-Homecoming expo email from Clubs Admin pls read. Please note time for the expo seems to have changed to 10-4pm.
- Changed my hours for Tues 29th to 11-1pm to accommodate for exclusive club card meeting
-Sent Melanie an update for homecoming tickets. Said to check back with her tomorrow because she should get some package tickets back from Al today.
-Printed write up for compass spotlight boards (26). Will print pictures tomorrow and deliver to Tara.

Monday September 21st

What I have done today:

- Contacted Melanie about homecoming tickets. As of now we have 100 left and they are going fast. She is in a meeting until 1:30 so will not be able to bring more over until after that time. I will be gone at 1:30 so I will let Scott and Debbie know that she is coming. 
- Answered emails (ath & rec, smiling over sickness, generocksity) 
- Generocksity is wanting to sell tickets through us for their event taking place THIS Friday. I told them this is possible, and that we can get the tickets out as soon as they bring over a signed contract and the tickets. This may happen during your shift so it is something to have an eye for in the email
- Changed float sheet to add HSR Passes.
- Updated the ticket contract for HSR to have all of the correct info stapled behind it
- Updated website: Spelling error in Sheepdogs post, and added upcoming game dates for Hamilton Bulldogs and link to their online schedule
- We only have about 120 football tickets left as of now... please give Melanie a ticket count as soon as you come in and she will see if she can give us more or not. I am going to instruct the staff to put up a temporarily sold out sign out front of the desk should we run out before you come in.

- Debbie would like us to switch our hours to account for the 11am meeting. I am scheduled to work 9-11 that day, so I would change my hours to 9:30-11:30 to account for 30 mins of the meeting. This way we are still only here for our two hours. Please adjust your hours accordingly

- Emailed Mark and Melanie the homecoming football ticket update and asked if/when we were getting more tickets
- Brainstormed training ice-breaker games for tomorrow
- Put together a training sheet for the lost HSR bus pass re-distribution

Wednesday September 16th

Hi Ozi,

Today:
- This morning I was mostly working on dealing with the Moneris machine (red) that we are having trouble with. I spoke with Moneris and someone is coming in to fix it.
- I emailed Greyhound, Megabus, and GO Transit about potential giveaways for the homecoming expo.
- I also updated the website with the changed ticket price for VIII fest per Joshua's request. I will print the email and attach it to our current contract in our binder upstairs.
- Email Mark and Melanie the ticket updates
- Confirm with UM that our sleeves are out- I went there this morning and none of our sleeves were in the baskets. I called Shaina (the assistant manager) and the sleeves are now out! She is going to send an update as to how many we have left/if we need to bring more over.

For you to do today that I didn't finish:
- Update powerpoint with closure for Saturday September 19th (because of training)
- Update powerpoint with the changed price for VIII fest (now $20.00)
- Update phone message for closure on Saturday - this can be a temporary message that can become erased at a set date and time. I will ask Alessia to do this as it is for the desk downstairs (ex. 21000) not out phone. Check with her if this needs to be done.

Things to Remember for Training

The following are some items that I would like to touch upon during training:

1. Counting tickets: ensure that you are counting all tickets in the bag and correctly documenting the amounts on the float sheet. When you run low on tickets, contact an IC, or SS to bring you more. Do so before you completely run out. DO NOT swap tickets between green and red. The tickets for each till are to stay separate.
2. PRESTO: the PRESTO cards are counted in the final rec for the day for reds till only. When working red you can still count the total cards at the beginning and end of your shift but as PRESTO cards are added throughout the day you will not be documenting this on your float sheet. This will be documented on red's float sheet only.
3. Adding tickets: whenever an IC or SS adds tickets to your float sheet they will write the amount that they have given you and initial beside said amount. Only managers can add tickets to your float sheet and ticket binder. You will confirm the ticket amount given to you and then input them into your binder.
4. HSR bus pass replacement: Compass will be re-issuing the HSR bus passes.

Friday September 11th

Hi Ozi!

A few things are going on this afternoon. I reviewed the contract from Al for the homecoming concert and ticket packages. Everything looks great! He will be dropping the tickets off some time on Monday morning. The contract in the email currently says that there are 100 guest tickets being given to us, but when I spoke with him on the phone he said he would be giving us 200. He will indicate this on a signed contract when he brings the tickets over.

These tickets are to go on sale for Tuesday morning!

I received tickets for homecoming today (1000) are in the safe and I double counted them, they are all there! I am going to post on FB, Twitter, and the PowerPoint today about them being available for Monday.

I will also post about the concert and package deal being available on Tuesday on all of those mediums as well.

When you come in on Monday can you please update the website under event tickets for Homecoming, and for Campus Events (the concert, and package) but DO NOT in any way release who the performer of the concert is! This is a secret and will be released by Campus Events.

September 10th

ATH AND REC
- Melanie emailed me back and has asked that we give them a final update on Friday morning. They will then come pick up the bulk of the tickets leaving us with some to continue to sell on Saturday before the game. At this time they will also give us 1000 homecoming tickets. 
- Homecoming tickets are not to be put on sale until Monday morning. 
- The ticket price will be $15.00 for a single homecoming ticket

Phone Wallet Promotional Ideas
We will have a stamp card with 5 spaces on it. Every time an individual makes a purchase at Compass (regardless of said purchase) they will receive a stamp. Once they have received 5 stamps on their card they can bring back the card and we will give them a phone wallet. This promotion will be advertised on facebook, twitter, instagram, and our website.
