- Looked at pricing for iPad and stand


For you:
- Please put McMaster Indian Association tickets on sale first thing! The contract and tickets are in our top drawer... he came in at 4:20 so I couldn't do anything. They have sent us a poster, and an excel file of the sheet that needs to be filled out by the customer when a ticket is purchased. He will bring a hard copy of their poster and an FAQ sheet tomorrow.

Monday February 29

- Replied Indian Association, the rep will come sometime today, she'll let us know when she can come in
- Sent Justin email about bulldog ticket arrangement
-Gave remaining stickers to CSR to put on coffee sleeve to take to union market...I think we are out of stickers and we still have a whole box of coffee sleeves unopened. The ones the sticker covers up to, il take down to union market.
- Gave Debbie her copy of contracts for poverty initiative and MacGreen
-Received and updated contract with the account number for MAC Green. they are an MSU service so will be internal transfer like we do for Campus events.
-Replied Stephanie from DeGroote, sent ticket agreement
- Replied Amandeep, sent ticket agreement too.
-Replied Zac he will come pick up cheque today or tomorrow
-Did website and online calendar for MacGreen conference

-Advertise on all media including power point 'limited stock of Hamilton Bulldogs tickets left for sale for the 2015/2016 season at Compass'. Also see if we can do what we did for Mac Bulldog night with regards to writing names and they pick up ticket at willcall
-Call the number that was for Ryan and get contact of new person handling our account so they are informed about our agreement to return tickets by March 2nd.
-Finish checklist for Mac Rotaract gala and put ticket on sale. Tickets in our drawer (30).

* I left a highlighted schedule of my availability to meet with the new IC's, please cross reference this with your own availability as well as both Sarah and Kristina to try and few good times where the 4 of us can meet. - Met with Debbie to discuss next steps for us:  we need to finish IC manual and create a document of our year outlining troubles, ideas we didn't get to, things we would have done differently, etc.
- Emailed McMaster Pangaea about ticket sales
- Emailed MACgreen about ticket sales
- Created a mock RENO poster, printed it on the desk... provide feedback
- Emailed Brenda the information of Anas Abufardeh, the first winner of a $20.00 Megabus voucher
- Emailed Sahil information about selling tickets for a different club/event

For you:
- confirm meeting time with Sahil and others if they answer the emails
- Look over mock reno poster and provide feedback on changes and what not
- Work on IC manual (we should finish this by the end of the week)

-Replied Prannah and Anas. their gift is in our drawer.
-Met Fiyin, arranged ticket procedure for them to get money. Debbie said we didnt need to stop sales so i just balanced numbers and did cheque rec for sales up to yesterday and submitted to accounting, that way they get paid some money. Noted it on the contract. We will continue selling tickets.
- Updated bulldogs next games on event ticket page. Replied Debbie to confirm.
-Replied Ryan and forwarded email to Debbie so she is aware. He is leaving and we are getting a new rep. I don't know who yet, but the person will contact us.
-Restocked tickets downstairs for reading week
-Posted hours for reading week on fb/twitter, website and downstairs.
-accepted contract and tickets for Style at Mac, put them in safe. will go on sale when we return from break.

- Responded to Brandon, hell pick his prize after reading week
-Did draw for other megabus and Greyhound. 1)Ana Abufardeh won 2nd megabus package, emailed the person but no response yet    2) Prannah Sothi won the 1st Greyhound package. Emailed him     3) Zhiroheng Wu won 2nd greyhound package
-Submitted our updated job descriptio to Debbie
-Replied Sarah about meeting for friday for style at mac tickets.

- Facebook draw wasn't working so I picked a name from the desk ballots for this draw
       Winner #3: Brandon Tam (1280 giftcard and Cineplex) has been contacted via phone and email,           told him to pick it up from the desk.
       Winner #4: Cassie Taylor (Bulldogs vouchers) PICKED UP.
- I have left all three packages down at the desk, I put together GO Transit bags with our goodies in them and the stuff from GO. The ones for your prizes are under the desk... in the bottom drawer where you keep your sweater are the two Greyohund prizes, the rest are in the top drawer.

-Here's my take on the draw packages: 1)I moved the 3rd 1280 gift card from pack 4 to pack 3 (desk). I feel there should more incentive for people coming to desk than twitter who might not even be our customers plus the first pack already has 1280 gift card and its twitter.

- made ballots for ballot box and brought down to the desk
- cut out paper hearts for staff to write on to give to customers
- HOT CHOC is starting tomorrow until it runs out, then we will give out REG CHOC that I will pick up from shoppers tomorrow, we can start giving that out Wednesday
- PO for Ciniplex tickets, they are now in the drawer
- We already have Greyhound bucks so we won't get them from Mark, BUT we can use them. I brought up 4 x's $5.00, we can put them into pairs acting as a $10.00 gift card or get more!

For you:
- Ensure that the staff are giving out the hot chocolate along with the hearts with nice sayings
- Where is the other box of hot choc?? I could only find one box with 50 pouches inside!
- We need to split up the prizes and decide where each give away will be done.. this is what I was thinking... if you agree, make a post on

-Redid comedy of errors cheq rec. Debbie said something was still off with yersterdays own, i think it may just have been your subtraction so no big deal. its on the desk, she said you both will look it over.
-Did contract rec and internal transfer for charity ball. Give Debbie and you both might have to check on that because there were issues with tickets but I did according to what we physically had.
