Things I did

Advertising
- updated the LCD slides 
- updated the Ipad slides 
- updated website 

Football Tickets 
- pulled tickets 
- started cheq req 

Charity Ball 
- meeting with Al 
- he is going to send us the contract for the tickets soon 
- will be selling the month of december around 1300-1400 tickets 

Poppies
- created a contract for the poppies 
- i went to pick them up but Cheryl wasn't there so pick them up from campus store tomorrow and distribute them 

Meeting with Rita from School of the arts 
- ticket contract for fall preview (this is long and you can take a look at it in the current contract binder) 
- I recreated the ticket contract and formatted it to be more organized and attached it to the original 
- i will update the RMS 

Canada's Wonderland Tickets 
- pulled all tickets and gave them to Debbie 
- removed all social media and powerpoints 

Things to Do 

OSG
- complete cheq req (i'm sorry I ran out of time today with  meetings) 

Poppies 
- need to be picked up and advertised 
- need to distribute them to the other services (distributions are outlined on the ticket contract) 
- put one out on red and green 

Boards 
- a lot of the stuff on the boards need to be taken down 

Halloween Haunt 
- needs to be pulled and given to Debbie tomorrow

School of the Arts 

- contacted Rita, she wants to meet to sell tickets for their Fall preview 
- will set up a meeting next week hopefully 

Student Wellness Center

- emailed to ask if they wanted to promo for flu shots 

Halloween Haunt

- I put out all of the tickets for Haunt because we are anticipating large amounts of sales tonight and tomorrow 

Charity Ball

- Scheduled a meeting with Al on Monday (will update you on that)

- Debbie replied with what you had forwarded to her with some questions and feedback, we will have to come up with some ideas and a plan to record customer payment and tracking, and then meet with Debbie to go through everything

-  called Morgan, she will be in sometime tomorrow, she will give us a call before she comes by to let us know shes coming

- updated both ipads and the tv

- Debbie wants us to look into this, we usually get a box of poppies for november, I couldn't find any record of them, but I am guessing there will be email record of this and who to contact. (but as you know the email is not working at the moment so get back to this when it is) 

Staff Pictures for Debbie
- Debbie wanted me to print our photos at the underground for her to put up in her office
- took me like 30 minutes to finally track down the digital copies so I will do this tomorrow because the line at the underground was very long when I went

Halloween Haunt:
- Social media push for the final weekend of HH

Canada vs. Russia (Bulldogs) Game:
- Email is down so still waiting for response
- Votes came in (seating locations are 50/50; 71% said they would go)
- Make a facebook post to collect more results while we wait on the email to be fixed

Updated Whiteboard:
- For MSU Child Care Centre fundraiser!

Things To Do:

RefugeAid Ticket Req.:

- Started reconsiling the tickets (needs to be worked on)
- Waiting for email on cheque name change (when received, change and then hand paperwork to Debbie) 
- Maybe call Salma to get a response?

Call Morgan - Ath. & Rec.:
- Tell her the cheque is ready and that she needs to come sign our contract to close it, and take her copy
- Cheque can be collected from the finance office wall window

- table was brought out behind the desk for SWHAT, I will come by later to check on set-up and how its going 
- Connor made a post, I'm not sure why but that was done lol

- included OPIRG slide (thought i may as well since it was being updated anyways)

- completed the cheque process

MSU Child Care:
- Entertainments book checklist started - will go on sale Thursday, Oct 27th! 
- We will get the contract sheet for the poinsetta's soon

EOD Spreadsheet:
- Instead of continually emailing it to them go through MSU Share drive
- DEPARTS --> Compass --> 2016/17 --> Shift Supervisors --> All S.S. Work Stuff --> Reconsiliation --> EOD

Whiteboards:
- She wants the one board cleared off (the one with the big Compass poster) and for us to add the MSU Child Care stuff to it
- I will start this today

HOCO Football Tickets:
- Sent email to Morgan to come pick up the cheque and sign the contract (and pick up her copy of the contract)

Things To Do:

TODAY - KRISTINA:
- Make post about SWHATchocolate happening at 7:00 PM infront of Compass today! (tag them in the post you make) - Add a cute hot chocolate gif or something 
- Take table out and put behind CSR's to give to the SWHAT peeps when you get the chance

Things I did:

SWHAT Meeting:
- Asked if we have an extra kettle for them to use on Tuesdays
- Starting tomorrow (will pick up table at 6:30-6:45 - starting hot chocolate give aways at 7)
- If they do not get the volume they hoped for they will make the start time for 6:30 instead for future weeks
- Have table readily available for them on Tuesday evenings 
- Give them stickers to put on the cups
- We need to get a number of the amount of hot chocolate they purchased so we know how much to purchase when it is our turn (to make it fair)
- Make social media post anytime between 2:30-6:00 on Tuesdays about SWHATchocolate
- Raffle:
     * No more halloween raffle
     * Next one will be late November
     * Theme: Stress-Reliever
     * 2-3 baskets

     * Tagging each other is important
     * Get people to enter a ballot by sharing post about raffle, and every 5 people tagged in their share post = an additional ballot
     * SWHAT will contact Campus Store to see if they can get anything
     * We are to contact Union Market and faculties to see if they will give anything away or will give us info on stress-relieving/exam prep sessions they are going to host
     * Make a pamphlet on all faculties stress-relieving and exam prep sessions they are hosting for the baskets

-Umbrella give away: they were wondering if we could give them an umbrella to walk people home to get our logo out there

Things I did

HSR Monthly Pass
- got November passes in today
-  distributed them on red and green and put the rest in the back safe
- posted on social media (twitter wasn't working so I will try again later)

Bulldogs Raffle
- posted in the comm journal that raffle tickets should be placed in the box on the back counter
- today it was decided that costumers get 1 raffle per each ticket voucher they purchase (This is how CSR's have been doing it, someone came in a purchased 7 vouchers so they got 7 ballots so may as well keep it this way)


Updated Slideshow on Ipads 
- added the 3 new events we got 

Updates
- when we receive tickets from Clubs, we have to ensure they are registered MSU clubs, this would mean emailing Jonathan and asking or looking in the club directory!

Things I did

HSR
- we are running low on HSR bus passes so I have emailed Lesley to see if I could go pick more up 
** haven't heard back from Lesley but I will keep an eye on the emails today and hopefully am able to go before my night class at some point, if not, will have to pick up tomorrow morning 

Group Haunt Sale 
- completed this transaction, emailed Amy but still waiting for a reply 
- once she replies, the email will need to be printed and email customer confirmation 


Updates

Rock w/o Borders 
- April came by and signed the contract 

Football Tickets
- potentially have a home game at the end of the month, but it depends on how we do this weekend against Western. Morgan will keep us posted! 

Next weeks hours 
- spoke to Debbie and adjusted my hours for next week! It is updated on the schedule but it's basically just adjusted so I come in friday morning rather than monday after noon for an hour!

Things I did:


Contracts:
- Made copies of the new 3 contracts for Debbie and attached the FAQ sheets for her (contacted OSG/Ana to get an FAQ sheet for them)

Splitting Tasks:
- Debbie said that we do not need to attend all meetings together and such so we can spread ourselves out further and get more done
- We have basically been doing this for the most part! :) 

Pushing Advertising:
- Debbie would like is to spread the word about advertising through our LCD TV and IPads (even video clips from people)

- I am working on putting together an email to send out to all clubs, local businesses etc. to put on our social media and slides to push for advertising!
       * Sent an email to local/external businesses (bars, restaurants etc.) about us, ticket contracts and advertising contracts
      * Still need to email internal clubs and such!
- IPads - Connecting them to the cords today!!!!!

Helping Company Sell Products:
- Debbie talked to a friend of her's here who is selling programs and poinsetta's, and offered our services to help her
- This is something that she thinks we can branch out and extend our services to
- Stand by to hear more when Debbie gets a sold response

Adjusted my hours for next week:
- Debbie will talk to you to see if you want to adjust hours based on what is left open but do not feel obligated what so ever, the last thing I want to do is to mess with your schedule!!!!!!!! <3 

Rock Without Borders:
- Emailed April to meet with us anytime between 10-2 today to get the contract signed!

Bulldogs:
- Hanging stick at Compass today
- Begin advertising about the chance to win the hockey stick (every time you purchase a ticket at Compass, you will be entered into the draw)
- Emailed Justin to check in about thoughts on advertising AND to see if we can get tickets to sell for the Canada vs. Russia game! 
          -Talking with him about pricing and the system to use to get all the information to confirm with Debbie before we actually decide to sell them
         - Will need to send a contract once things are all decided for him to complete and send back
         - Waiting on Debbie to reply to the last email that I forwarded to her! 

Instagram:
- Updated/added posts for recent ticket sales!

Football Tickets:

- Emailed Morgan to plan ahead and get home game football tickets sold at Compass (waiting upon reply)

Ontario Science Games 
- met with the executives from the MSS to go over the contract for the OSG social 
- they dropped off contract and posters, they will bring tickets Monday morning when I am in at 930
- began prepping checklist for this but most will be completed on Monday when I receive the actual tickets 

Rock Without Borders
- put slide in slideshow 
- added to float sheet 
- brought a copy of the contract and the FAQ to the desk 

Updated End of Day with all new tickets and sent it to the boys and well as updated float sheets and printed some out for downstairs 


Things to do
- we can discuss the meeting and things we want to say tomorrow when we both work

- I had an impromptu meeting with members of the MSS today and they are wanting to sell tickets through us so I went over the contract and will email them a copy, so something to keep an eye out for

Ticket - Media Push:
- Did a media push for Halloween Haunt and Cineplex tickets (Debbie wanted us to get selling them)



Boards:
- Updated the board
- Worked on decorations for the other boards

- Update ALL the boards by the end of the week


Meeting Plan:
- Our monthly meeting is coming up on Monday so we should create a meeting plan on things to brush upon!
- Will start a document and will leave it on the desktop for us to work on through the week (will be top center of the desktop above  "Templates")


Updates
- I will be in class during the meeting tomorrow with rock without borders tomorrow at 3:30pm :( I'M SORRY! 
- SWHAT hot chocolate is cancelled due to the warm weather, will pick different dates 

- SWHAT wants to meet with us this week, I told them we are both in Thursday from 12-1 and if that doesn't work for them I asked them to send us their availability so we can pick a time to meet with them
               -They gave us times and we are both not available at the same time for any of them
               -I asked when they are free on Monday since I may switch my Friday shift to Monday next week that week since I have an appointment on Friday to go to in Kitchener.

- I updated the slideshow (took out the Donovan wood and reading week hours slides)

Homecoming Football
- completed the cheq req for the second batch of tickets and handed it off to Debbie

Night in Syria
- they are dropping off a physical poster, if they come before I leave I will put it up, if not it'll need to be put up tomorrow

- board needs to be updated  (no more donovan wood or football)
