March 23 / 27

Things I did:
- Can you take a picture of the CMFU board and buttons just for reference, we can print it out and we need to show manjyot and danny
- Look at the draft - and see the things we're ordering - if you're good with it, send it to Debbie!

- Can you get a quote for the window banner and vinyl banner from Underground?
-> window banner - $99

- updated boards and slideshow
- inactivated Beach event on RMS (wrote final number on contract)

Things to do:
- We still need to look for stick on chalkboard paper because we can use it somewhere else too
-> will get Debbie to authorize a PO for the chalkboard PO on monday - its the one from amazon not staples (18 inches by 6 feet) - will need to do an online order with the VISA card - will do on MON

    -> A simple whiteboard is so expensive .... like $800-$3000 .... I think Staples is the cheaper option since we're only paying $400 .... way better than paying over $800. Let me know what you think! 

I've been looking at whiteboards with IBuy office supplies ... and they have really good prices! I've left some tabs open for you and also printed them and left them by the computer on your left! Debbie's just concerned cause shes never purchased anything from iBuy so we don't know how durable they are! I've also tried adding them to the shopping cart to make a purchase and the price is in Canadian dollars!

So Debbie came to me and said she'd rather order the 2 whiteboards from the book, ive left the page open for you and the potential whiteboards are labelled on the green sticky! Take a look and see which ones you'd like to order! We have $4000 in our budget and she said we've only used like $100 so as long as this whiteboard is going to last a long time she doesn't mind spending money on these boards.

- send SHEC email for services highlight (since its almost exam time and they might want to do something)
- Order the Boards  - just order the chalk boards now - and add the chalkboard paper one you found to PO
- Windows Banner

- update boards - updated board - need to add gospel choir poster on board - JASMINE
- decorate the desk downstairs - EASTER (will do tomorrow)



- POs for everything (dollar store and boards, etc.) -(PO FOR 2 whiteboards is done - gave it to debbie and that is being processed
- Cheqe Req for Nowruz done- just need to give to Debbie  
- Finish Cheque Req f00or MSSS (missing one ticket - I've looked everywhere, cant find it) 

- I did a PO for Staples, check it out (we're ordering 2 of those) and then I found like a stick-on chalk board , so we can order soem of those and put that in the back room and that'll be nice ; Debbie wants to find a chalkboard that will fit where that cork board is (near transit schedules) , can you measure how long/wide it is so we can find a chalkboard that fits? 
                         - 87 cm = WIDTH
                         - 81.5 cm = LENGTH 
 - found a couple chalk boards that match this size 
- need to call Staples ask them for one with our dimensions - make a new PO for this tomorrow

- Ola from McMaster Muslim Students Association will come bring a donation box. Make sure she sends in a FAQ sheet and also signs a ticket or advertising agreement about donation box (i think its a ticketing agreement she has to sign)
