Happy 2013!! (and last semester of school haha)
- So it took me a lot of my shift today but I finally got the Amazing Race sorted out. I updated the contract as well as the comm journal post so let me know if you have any questions but I'm hoping that clears a bunch of it up.
- We got a new round of dinner and a show tickets (comedy night with Darrin Rose) so I got those completely ready for sale so everything including facebook is done for those.
- With not a lot of Edgar for the week I had to refill a lot of tickets and change so just makes sure you are doing that everyday
- I updated the website and took away all of the exam hours and made sure it was all otherwise up to date

Jan 7th - Sehar
Hello Hello! Happy New Year :)
So I have no idea what I did before the new year. But today I was really busy. Changed some of signs downstairs.
- I tired to use the cutter and do stuff for the Jan board, but that was a total failure
- IRC wristbands were lost so I had to find them. They might be running low when you read this so Im not sure if you want to contact the organizer and ask for more
- the Volv $30 reg. wristbands are out
- We got the charity ball $40 tickets in, they are still being counted by me. (all 1000 of them -.-") they are in the locked cupboard if you need to check them out or something. These are to be sold started WEDNESDAY
- The $30 early bird charity ball tickets need to be pulled Tuesday night or first thing Wednesday morning and reconcile.
- First year council had something going on called the 'amazing race' but they didn't inform anyone and left pamphlets to hand out on our desk - I tried contacting them but not sure what is going on on their end so I talked to David about it and gave the pamphlets to David, he said he'll try to take care of it.
- I did an exchange for a girl name amanda. she wanted 2 volv wristbands instead of the IRC ones she bought before the break. - so the Volv early bird ($20) might need to be recounted. they are in the drawer of the locked cupboard.
- Also if you wanted to order more Bulldogs and cineplex tickets, we are running low on it.
- I also forgot to talk to debbie about the raptors.

- Call Trevor Trottman - promo ideas for the bulldogs
- Michael Spence called and left a message so call him back at 416-815-5400 x 1 then 5389
- Plan customer appreciation day (we have a shit ton of swag, see below)
- Plan a way to update the IC manual when we are working different shifts
- Plan what our January board is going to be so it can be ready asap when we get back
- Figure out what updates are needed on the GO transit boards
Things to note:
- I made an update powerpoint for January so that can go up whoever is working the first monday back
- EOD and float sheet are updated to reflect our lack of tickets haha
- Cleaned and organized the big locked cupboard and it now contains all of our swag

Friday - Laura
- Cheque rec Humanities Formal (they already picked up their tickets)
- Cooking for a change picked up their tickets and none of those were sold so i did the rec for that
- What I have been doing is photocopying the vendor copy of the contract and paper clipping it to the completed cheque rec so we can easily attach it to the cheque when we get that from accounting
- Debbie didn't have a copy of monster mash contract so I got that for her but there is supposed to be a waiver attached and she can't find it so can you get that for her
- Updated the website and took off all the old events and same with the powerpoint (just needs to be taken to the desk)
- Did the rec for both of the club events
- Picked up the cheque for Ath and Rec and Unity and they are both in the cupboard with their contract. I e-mailed both the vendors as well
- Dealt with a bunch of the stuff for Saturday
- Worked on more of the transit stuff on the website but I'm having an issue with the font size and what not - basically Debbie wants it smaller with less space but its next to impossible to get the website to do it so I've been focusing on changing the content mostly and we can work on the layout maybe together over the exam break

- i did rec for HECFI, the cheque is done - Paula is coming in at 1:30 to pick the cheque and tickets up. The unsold tickets are in the locked cupboard with the contracts for her copy.
- started rec for humanities, not sure who the cheque is being made to so I send kim an e-mail asking her, the started rec is with deb-ster. lol debbie :)
- let me know if you want to work in the afternoon instead of the morning tomorrow.
- Also debbie sent an e-mail saying what she wanted changed on the website so i was also working on that.

- the refined entertainment contract is taken care of, but when you are in on friday the rec for both of the tickets need to be done.

- Kim needs the humanities formal tickets to be pulled at 4:30 just before you go and a final ticket count to be e-mailed to her (she needs to give an exact count to the hall) before you leave. She will arrange another time to pick them up

- Did the rec for Craig Cardiff - Dinner and Show (tickets are in the locked cupboard)
- Fixed the hours for exams on the website and took down the dinner and a show and added mac miller (I figured the powerpoint wasn't as important since its so quick but I did post it on facebook)
- You left the contract out for some event at viva but you haven't told me anything about it so I didn't know what to do with it so I left that for you
- I made a sign with the Mac Miller concert information could you post it at the desk when you go down?
