Wed/Thurs - Laura
Hello!
- So I'm thinking we can give the candy guy the other bulldogs ticket because really why not! He e-mailed about picking it up so I gave him some times and told him to e-mail back what works best for him but so far I have not heard anything
- Want to do a transit week maybe after reading week so we can do a giveaway for some of these greyhound bucks and aboutown tickets? We could set a table up one Friday and have people fill out ballots and take some of our million and three swag items! They could fill out ballots throughout the week too
- I did the advertising on the website for all of our new tickets and updated the powerpoint so all of the new tickets should be on there
- I updated the float and EOD sheet because they were not updated with our new tickets yet
- Picked the winner of the greyhound draw and e-mailed her so I am working on putting it together tomorrow when I work
- I did a lot of stuff with the IC manual, check it out and let me know what you think and we can keep going from there. I feel like it will be hard with us both trying to work on it separately but we should be trying to finish it up very soon (like the 28th b)! Maybe if we each pick a section and work on it then we can check over each others part and add anything that we need.
- The wine and cheese people e-mailed us who they want the cheque made out to, since you did the rec for that I thought I would let you handle it

Hope you enjoyed some time off from compass!
- so right when I got in I got informed that someone accepted tickets and a contract and it was in the safe.. It was from volv - Tur - It had Michael's name on it so I sent him an email telling him that staff will not accept anything, and asking him to send us the online poster.. I am going to put them out and on the Comm Journal but i didn't get a poster yet so i didn't do any advertising for it.
- The candy jar person never e-mail back yet, so im going to send him one last email and than tomorrow im going to pick the next person closest to it.
- uploaded the pictures from customer appreciation week on facebook which was mission and a half - its so long of a story to even explain
- Caribbean Jam tickets - not sure if they are just $5 like the contract says or if it is $5+tax like the new tickets say so I contacted mukhtar asking him.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner - Pish, I WISH!
- So the guy sent us the Aboutown tickets - 10 one way valid until April 30th (it is in the locked cupboard)
- No email from Al yet regarding the caribbean jam so i just went to their facebook page and got the info from that for powerpoint and website, EOD
- updated powerpoint and changed it downstairs
- still waiting on the person that won the candy
- changed a few boards around --> made one of them more valentines day like lol
- filled stock
- random errands

Monday - Sehar
Badmorning :( - Boo Mondays!!!
- The winner of the candy in jar was picked out. The number of candies in it was 103 and the person guessed '101' It was Ameek Kaur he/she has been contacted
- Edited the website to take out the stuff about customer appreciation week and charity ball
- did rec for charity ball which took way to long because we still had a lot of tickets left over. And we were missing 2 tickets so I had to recount everything and now we are missing 1 ticket so I did the rec of it, and left a note for karl and edgar to look for the ticket during their daily rec. I also sent Al an update on total tickets sold but I told him it was still yet to be confirm with daily rec.
- started the rec for limelight. He wanted to pick up the tickets so I had to make a ticket pick-up form for him.
- Also when I came back from my class for my second 1hr shift there was tickets left on my desk for 'Caribbean Jam' it had Al's contact on it so I sent him an e-mail asking about it. I put those tickets out and make a comjournal post, but i dont have any advertising for them so i couldn't put it on the website/fb/powerpoint

This is my last time working until next wednesday, wooo!
If it gets super busy on Tuesday let me know and I will try and come in and get some work done but as of now my TA meeting is scheduled for my entire shift
- The board is completely done and it looks pretty good just saying
- I got the soc sci formal tickets and put it entirely on sale except the powerpoint and website because we are missing the poster
- Make sure you pull charity ball as soon as you get in! And start to do the rec so it is ready for Debbie when she gets back
- I did a bunch of facebook posts and such
