CAMPUS EVENTS
-gave update & asked for more tickets for charity ball and/or arkells if he wants to drop more off
-debbie has asked that we keep an eye on the numbers for these
-Debbie took care of July talk transfer so i filed it away

CHEQUES
-got the mitchell bowl cheque - emailed mark and let him know

TOQUES
-Debbie would like toques to be ordered ASAP, but she wants us to make sure we can have them here by Mon Jan 5 so the staff can have them for frost week.
-Michelle said that it is possible to have them in for the 5th or around then but we need to have the order in by friday at the latest.
- i have decided on which toque i like best, and it turns out to be the cheapest :)
-debbie said to talk to you guys and see what you liked best.. i did the pricing and left it taped to the desk on the wall so lemme know what your preference is! and whether you want all white logo or white and red.

*there was a mix up with shifts and someone was late so i was dealing with contacting the person, nothing major - it worked out
*MSU BLIZZARD - tuesday of frost week, debbie emailed us about it. theres more info on the MSU website but that is the day we want to "lure people in" haha so that is the main day for us to have everything togehter

-updated, need to finish wintery theme for frost week ill do it wed

BULLDOGS
-zach emailed back, you can check his emial, but he hasnt heard from his superior yet i guess

-finished what needed to be done other than website! if you could do that when youre in :) 

honestly i didnt get a chance to take care of frost week stuff so on wed im hoping to have it all done, planning that small board shouldnt take too long. if not ill hang out for a bit longer that day til i do it.

- called Al for ticket update on when we are getting more charity ball and when we are getting arkells. all coming in at 3:30ish to debbie and all released tomorrow 1pm.

- put all of charity ball on red (from safe, from green)

-i began checklist for these tickets & Jamie is coming by at some point today to drop them off - sell time is 1PM tomorrow, so we need to have everything done for this today so they can just go on sale tomorrow

-Zack hasn't come in yet.. hopefully he comes during your shift

Cleaned up the desk today and went through the ticket contract binders to see what should be taken out, things like that..
