Wednesday September 9th

Done Today:

- Finalized Bulldogs contract
- Counted tickets and put in the safe
- Distributed tickets to RED and GREEN
- Input ticket contract into our binder, binder at the desk, and to Debbir
- Posted in CSR comm journal about Bulldogs tickets
- Update social media about Bulldogs tickets (facebook and instagram)
- Emailed Ath & Rec ticket count and inquired about homecoming
- Picked up Pocket Maps from underground and let Wooder know that they have arrived
- Delivered 30 fliers to different msu clubs and services at Clubsfest 

ATH AND REC
- Melanie emailed me back and has asked that we give them a final update on Friday morning. They will then come pick up the bulk of the tickets leaving us with some to continue to sell on Saturday before the game. At this time they will also give us 1000 homecoming tickets. 
- Homecoming tickets are not to be put on sale until Monday morning. 
- The ticket price will be $15.00 for a single homecoming ticket

September 8th

-Follow up email to Anum about adverts on our LCD for security/parking services
-Confirmed slides with underground for screens in residence. Not paid though
-Added the suggestion box detail to IC manual.
-Got response from clubs admin so no spotlight program space for us.
-Confirmed print order for pocket maps, asked for invoice. Not paid though
-Emailed Henok at ISS to confirm details for their orientation tommorrow.
-Pulled tickets for chainsmokers, will do rec tommorrow.
-Updated budget use sheet
-Put up post about non-partnership with exclusive club frosh card


Phone Wallet Promotional Ideas
- We will have a stamp card with 5 spaces on it. Every time an individual makes a purchase at Compass (regardless of said purchase) they will receive a stamp. Once they have received 5 stamps on their card they can bring back the card and we will give them a phone wallet. This promotion will be advertised on facebook, twitter, instagram, and our website.
