Things I Did:

- Cleared up the board downstairs and printed some things out to put on there. 
- Answered a couple of emails
- Met up with Connor - will debrief you when I see you.

Things To Do: 
- pick up the camera between 330 and 4
- Katie still needs to drop off tickets - put those in the RMS and have her complete the contract
- Work on the board (beside elevators)

Things I Did:

- Called Katie but she did not pick up, so sent her an email about getting the tickets for Friday
- Put Hamilton bulldog coming soon slide onto tv & ipads
- updated Website with Sept 23 football tickets (coming soon) and Hamilton Bulldog tickets (coming soon)
- promote HOCO on fb, twitter and instagram
- updated WEBSITE with HOCO tickets and coming soon sept 23 football tickets, ill do the hamilton bulldogs coming soon post on the website tomorrow!


Things To Do: 

- figure stuff out about giveaways with Connor
- update board beside elevator (I will do this tomorrow, but if you want to get a head start on it)
- check if Katie replied to email

Thursday Sep 14

Things I did 
- Finished the "volunteer opportunity" sign downstairs and attached frontier college contact names 
- Emailed Tuba about Homecoming Expo
- Met with Trish to ask about some stuff about concert tickets (We can't manually resend them tickets - she hasn't given us the authority to do so, and she will let us know when we reach the max amount of tickets - if we are sold out, the app will not allow CSRs to purchase those tickets.)
- started the slide for coming soon (its on the desktop). Can you add an image of hockey and marauders, if you want and then put it downstairs. 


Things to do 
- Add slide to ppt and tv 
- Advertise on Snapchat/Instagram/FB about HOCO Concert Ticekts and coming soon 
- Fix Bulletin Board closer to elevators

Things I did 
- Figured out what to do with Maroons Opening Ceremony
- Got Debit Card
- Emailed Katie back for Homecoming Football tickets
- Updated Slideshow for "coming soon..."

Things I did:

- Emailed Alex to confirm bonfire (invoice will be sent out to us after the bonfire)
- so we are booked for Sat, Sept 16 from 730-930 p.m.

- Called Costco ... they do not have Smore's Kits
- Called Fortinos ... they have reversible Kits (include chocolate and orea, so NO marshmellows)
- Spoke to Debbie and shes not going to be at the staff social so we need to get marshmallows, chocolate and crackers at our own time (she recommended Food Basics - cheapest option)
- I have sent out a short email to all CSR's, SS and Debbie briefly reminding them about our staff social (bonfire) and if anyone has any food/dietary concerns

- Katie came by yesterday to drop off football tickets
- Also Katie did not provide an FAQ sheet and Debbie said it was fine because its pretty straight forward
- I have included them on the RMS and gave Debbie a copy, copy for us in the "current contracts" binder and a copy in the ticket contract binder downstairs for CSR's

-Completed 2 PO's with Debbie
        -> Bonfire PO is complete, we will attach invoice of bonfire to the PO after the event
        -> Fortinos's PO is still incomplete - CAN YOU MAKE SURE TO GRAB THE DEBIT CARD               FROM KEVIN TODAY -- I'm going to fortinos today to grab the ingredients for the s'mores!


Things that need to be done:

1. I have left some emails marked as unread for you to read
2. Debbie wants us to request Homecoming tickets and a completed ticket contract agreement for Fri Sept 15
3. advertise for HOCO tickets through LCD "coming soon" with a release date (and maybe even website)
4.- Martha came by to drop off a small poster for Frontier College, so if you can put them on our bulletin boards (check email - she dropped it off with christine)
5. Make sure to grab debit card from kevin

- picked up sep 9 tickets from downstairs 
- filled out the corresponding columns on the ticket agreement for Katie
- I also filled out more football ticket contracts, so we can just have those on file and Katie could quickly fill them out when she drops off tickets
- Advertised HOCO ticket on Compass FB 

What we need to do 


-Katie should have come this morning, but she hasn't. So I am emailing her to drop off tickets and let her know that we have the old ones. (when she drops them off please count them - also has she given us a FAQ sheet?) & pick up old ones 
- Email back to confirm Bonfire
- Fill out two POs (One for Athletics & Rec to book Bonfire and One for Costco/Fortinos to buy Smore Kits - have to call Ancaster Costco to see if they have the smore kits. - I have both at the desk.

Things I am going to do/did 
So I'm going to update the hours downstairs on the whiteboard and try to update the slide show as well from my computer - if I can make it work.

What we need to do 
We still need to do promo! Let`s try getting that finalized asap because Debbie returns next week.

Also, email David back if we`re not going with Underground for maps - I dont know whats going on with this, so please let me know :)
