Things I did:

- record football tickets on ticket contract
- updated jeopardy board with questions (will have a bag of swag items ready on thursday)
- printed all ticket prices and pictures for board downstairs (will set it up tomorrow)
- do we still need to take pictures ? because i can then start creating a bristal board for staff (back room downstairs)

Things to do:

- Figure out copyright issues for movie (going to talk to John) 
   ----> Whats his extension and what do i need to talk to him regarding ? Can you specifiy

- finish highlight poster (still working on this)

- Confirm what we need for supplies (the book is near your folder at the desk - can you check if you want some other tings - the only things im thinking are whiteboard markers and calendar for us) 

- Debbie wants us to push promotion for Wonderland tickets - can you post about it 

 ------> Do you mean like advertise about wonderland tickets (individual and group sales??)

Sept 25

Things I did:

- retweeted and posted on fb about hoco giveaways
- ill prepare a bag of SWAG items closer to thursday
- started working on creating questions for the jeopardy game (its saved on desktop if you wanna add)
- updated katie about tickets  (they're selling out really quickly)

Things I did:

- post tweet for giveaway (please retweet NOT REPOST the tweet during your shift - towards the end of it - also promote via instagram?) 
- figured out some football stuff (please keep an eye on the tickets so we can let Katie know if we need more)
- updated jeopardy board (still have to print out the new questions - will do tomorrow) 
- filled out cheque rec stuff so sep 9 & 16 tickets are done (2 cheques will be in by monday for Aths and Rec - I sent an email to Katie) 

Things to do:

- post hype tweets and FB posts for free hoco giveaways
- begun poster for a general service highlight theme
- will also update board downstairs on monday (sorry wasn't feeling well, so I was refraining from standing and walking around)

Hello!! (Sept 18/19)

Things I did:

Sept 18
- Cheque req for Sept 9 tickets
- UM coffee cards placed downstairs for CSRs, made note in comm journal, copy of  contract is downstairs and in our binder upstairs
- updated slideshows on LCD and ipads for Sept 30 football game
- Measured dimensions of board and emailed Debbie back

Sept 19
- saved all posters/created bulldog poster (for board downstairs near elevators) - went to underground today but theres a long line so i will be going tomorrow to print off the 11 x 17 posters and displaying them on the boards
- created a word doc for all the ticket prices for the posters - just needs to be printed it off tomorrow (i can do this tom)
- updated website

Thing to do:


- maybe think about ordering some promo items?
- or go to campus store to see if they would like to participate in our giveaways with UM

- Update website with hamilton bulldog coming soon post
- updated website, twitter, ig and fb about Compass being closed tomorrow due to staff meeting
- picked up camera
- Katie dropped off Sept 30 homecoming tickets
           -> completed ticket contract, put tickets on RMS, made 3 photocopies, updated website
- worked on staff meeting powerpoint (our slide)
- sorry didnt get a chance to work on board

Things to do:

- put Sept 30 football tickets in ticket binder & float sheet (they are in the safe -> in the plastic container/box)
- Email Katie to come by to pick up remaining Sept 16 tickets
