Things I did:
- answered emails about : 
           - MSU services highlight: SHEC and EFRT have signed up to do promotions with us - I updated those calenders that I printed out
          - SWHAT wants to do promotional hot chocolate - (we did it last year)  , and I told them sure we'd do it - because I think Debbie wants us to do it, and there's really no harm - they want to split the hot chocolate costs and we have enough to do that

- I printed the list of ratified clubs that Debbie forwarded to us and put it on the cork "board" we have up here on the desk, because this way if clubs approach us to do event tickets we can confirm if they are ratified or not. 

- Promoted Bulldogs Tickets online 


Things to do:
- Football Playoffs: First game is on the 28th, but there's still a couple of season games to go before they announce who has made it to the playoffs - so if Mac makes it, we have to email Katie and ask her to sell tickets at Compass (we have to keep checking the website/twitter to see if they made it) 

- Macademics advertising starts today for MSU Services highlight - Fairuz (the guy who is the contact for them) won't be able to make it until 2:30 - if you can stay later , that's great and kind of just guide him on where to put things and stuff - or we have to let a CSR know to kind of "supervise" it 

- What do you think of emailing potential clubs and asking them to sell tickets through us? Idk if its a tedious process and/or even reasonable - but just a thought?

Thank you for doing most of the work for the MSU Services Highlight <3

Things I did:
- emailed Debbie about homecoming expo hours
- Started the MSU highlights board near the elevators
- gave Debbie football cheque req

- promote for bulldogs and halloween haunt on fb and twitter

Things I did:

- emailed Martha to let her know you'll be in from 1-3
- sent rest of the emails for services highlight 
-  i made a folder on our email list , and that's where we can keep track of services highlight emails (also - printed a calendar where we can keep track of it - until we get our bigger one) 
- Community Volunteer Circles (CVC) sent us an email about advertising with us so i just sent them an email with our agreement 


Things to do:

- can you email debbie and ss email about our payroll change (for homecoming expo - I did 10-1 and then you can write when you worked as well) 
- This week or next week, if you could make the cork board beside the elevators - half of it for msu services so you can just use the poster board that you made and have a huge sign that says msu services highlight

- email Martha (frontier college chick) about continuing advertisement through compass
- Read draft email for service highlight
        -> looks GREAT! maybe just keep it to 2 weeks and not 2 1/2 just so its easier to track (upto you) but looks good! you can attach the poster and send it off today!

- emailed katie to ask for new tickets and inform her about cheque pick up

Things I did:

- updated fall break hours on LCD and ipads
- updated bulletin board (beside elevators)
- updated board (the one in front of compass)
- updated website for fall hours
- completed internal transfer for HOCO concert tickets (Debbie has it)

Things to do:

- update cheque req for football tickets (theres an extra ticket - i told debbie that i repurchased a ticket so I just need to attach my paperwork to the cheque reque since i payed with visa so ill do this tomorrow) -> Debbies not here today or tomorrow anyways
- tidy up
- promote for bulldogs and halloween on fb and twitter

Things I did:
- put Union Market slide show on 
- did cheque req for football tickets

- can you make the ONLINE poster for services
- reconcile for online concert tickets (internal transfer - no hst on it, and no closing quantity end)
