- need to look into Valentine cards that we can give out (need to do a PO so debbie can get them)
- promote customer appreciation week giveaways in advance via twitter and facebook to start a hype
       -> raffle giveaways: are we doing 2 ? also what are we planning on including in the giveaway?

Jan 12

Things I Did:

- emails 
- PO for coffee sleeves
- started a contract for the bhangra jan 25 1280 event with campus events
- created an event page for the bhangra event
- deleted RMS headphone disco

- update slideshow (take off headphone disco and any other ones)
- Can you pick up the sleeves from Connor?

Things I Did:

- emailed connor back
          -> he sent us an invoice for the sleeves (its $100 for EVERYTHING - advertising and sleeves included - he called back saying he thinks you misunderstood him)
          -> invoice is in email
- set up COPE with our msu service highlight during the week of Feb
- working on a poster for the Transit Awareness Campaign
           -> completed awareness poster - on LCD and ipads - printed a copy as well and on display                        board 
- push promo for headphone disco, bull dogs 



Things to do:

-reply back to hasan minhaj emails & head phone disco stuff 
- print more head phone disco tickets ( NONE IN THE BACK)
- work on manual
- PO for coffee sleeves (need to do this soon)

Things I did:

- emailed clubs for service highlight
- promo advertising/ticket agreement advertising via facebook and email
- I think we should book both weeks for coffee sleeves just cause we missed doing them in November! But that being said, we may need to order more stickers if we're doing 2 weeks, but we can see how it goes for the first week and if we need more we can order them during that week. But it's upto you! If we're choosing one week then the week after reading week would be more ideal!

- email more clubs for service highlight (i made the cool picture thing for you to attach)

Jan 8

Things I Did:

- updated website
- EOD spreadsheet has already been updated (idk if Debbie said something to you - but I already updated it)
- Tweeted about ticket sales
- Did final Internal Transfers for James Barker and Hasan Minhaj (we're only going to be putting in physical tickets for now and then accounting would reconcile the online tickets)
- Started to create an online ticketing "how to" for our manual

Things to Do:

- we need more clubs for service highlight of the week for January (can you do the cool picture thing - where you take the picture of the board and make like arrows on the picture of this is where your info could go" - something like that? & then we can send another email) -> Will do on monday 
- Promo advertising agreement via facebook & message different faculties about advertising for formals
- Connor said there are two weeks for coffee sleeves: Feb 5th to 11th, and feb 12th to 18th! ; it's $100/week - which week do you think we should do? 12-18 is right before reading week and 5-11 is 2 weeks before ; we can do both if you'd want? But - it's up to you! I think it should be 5-11 but im not sure - you can decide and then we can email him back about which date(s) work for us so he can draw up an invoice!

- completed advertising contract (gave copies to Debbie)
- updated slideshow
- updated all boards
- dropped off compass stand up banner (need a replacement so she will email back with a quote -> forward to Debbie)
- printed more u-pass forms for the desk

- printed headphone disco tickets
- posted on commjournal
-spoke to Sean about SOTA internal transfer - said he would look into it
- had meeting with a bunch of people about online tickets
- Printed updated float sheets


Things to do:

- Advertising contract -> charge the university account number (on contract) $25.43 [i forgot how to do this] - I didn't get to do this! Sorry!
