- finalized a time with OPIRG

Hey Manjyot,

I was able to:

- put up the Compass boards on top of the bulletin boards downstairs with the Velcro Debbie gave us
- I started to input the information onto the Parallel system --> still working through the same issue, working with Pauline to contact Parallel
- I followed up with the Musical Theatre group asking for an electronic copy of the event information and FAq so we can copy and paste it into Parallel.

Hey Manjyot,

I was able to:

- accept the ticket contract for Musical Theatre
- I started to input the information onto the Parallel system --> I ran into an issue where I couldn't control the order of the tickets (for the different types and different show dates). They seemed to appear random on the website when you publish it so I spoke to Pauline and she is going to speak to Parallel. I've currently stopped inputting information for the time being until Pauline gets back to me.
- I emailed the Musical Theatre group asking for an electronic copy of the event information and FAq so we can copy and paste it into Parallel.
- I also emailed to clarify the end time of their ticket sales for each show since they need to load the ticket list onto their phones prior to the show if they want to use the app to scan people in.

I was able to:

- respond to emails
- followed up with McMaster Theatre re: online tickets
- start planning for Customer Appreciation Week
- pick up the MISA cheque (it's in the top drawer to the right of the computer) --> emailed MISA
- social media for Drag Show
- added Drag Show to Powerpoint
- confirmed Charity Ball ticket numbers with Debbie (39 - Tier 1, 96 - Tier 2)

- Tried to figure out where the missing tickets are for Ken Jeong show - was able to figure out most of it 

- Deleted any content regarding Ken Jeong show
