- did you put the gift cards you got in the card envelope or did u just throw them in the present? i put all the discount things in the card do they arent loose. if you didnt put it in the card envelop thingy, please do so.

- i think ur email to him bounced back. i got an email last night saying it did. did u correct this?

rock without borders
- the date thing cant work bc we can't advertise for a specific day and then change the end date (i.e., saying sales end on the 12th then pull tickets early on the 10th bc then students will be pissed if they waited and missed out thinking the had 2 more days), so she decided to 100% keep them on sale until the 12th.
- waivers -- i gave them back to her bc they werent photocopied right. the first one had the info filled out but all the copies didnt so we couldnt use them. i fixed this. now all copies have the info filled out on them
- finished everything except powerpoint
- fixed contract too
- waivers are in binder with tickets and are to be put with deposit (see post for CSRs)
- we are keeping the tickets until the 13th instead of the 12th. pickup time: noon
- PP and boards need to be done for this

megabus
- a big issue with megabus came up and took me forever to fix with debbie so i lost time. i wasnt able to do anything for campus events new ticket bc of this

reminders for next week -

- screemers and cw ends: remove from website, boards, float sheet, everything. (except for EOD, leave them on their for a few days until the guys can finish rec for CW and screeemers, they sometimes needs a few days after a ticket ends to complete final sales )

- bollyween ends: remove this from everything too

oct 29 - morning

1. poppy box - called cheryl & left her a voicemail - i figured she may not be in at 9:30am lol so if you want to try her again feel free, or if you have time to go down to find her

2. new ticket came in - "rock without borders" event - you'll see everything on the contract - ive started a checklist so if you have time to finish what i miss, you can
**she came in really late sooo i didnt have time to do much other than count the tickets and talk to her! ive provided all of the info, but feel free to call me during your shift if you have more questions!!
she asks that everyone who buys a ticket signs a waiver - i filled one out as example, so im thinking we photocopy the example so the CSRs dont have to fill it out every time. again, call or text me if you need clarification on any of this.
**this is all in our bottom drawer :)
**ALSO, im stupid and forgot to get Jasreen to sign the contract, so shes coming back during your shift to do so.

3. email from dave with the corrected version of the campus map - looks good to me!!

4. i was thinking about our november board.. i would like to/i think it would be nice if we included patrice vincent and nathan cirillo somehow? maybe just their pictures on the remembrance day side? idk.. but im thinking green or brown background..
there are photos of older bulletin boards in the previous years, we can use that for ideas!
i printed out a canada flag and more poppies, too

5. Al is going to be giving us a new event to have out on sale TOMORROW as well!! so keep an eye out for all that from him and jamie - hopefully we can have this done today that way we dont have to come in tomorrow to finish it up! obviously we can do the social media stuff from home, but anything that has to be done at the office should get done asap - if this comes in ill get as much done as possible :)

Ryan came and picked up his cheque - I had him sign and date one of our copies

I added a CAW slide just saying to enter our raffle & thank you to our customers

I also added to your comm journal post reminding staff to ask customers if they would like to enter the raffle

called Brandon a couple times @ GO - he finally answered and told me to email him with all the info and he'll get back to us - so i did that! hopefully we hear from him soon

talked to Rick @ 1280 - got $30 in gift cards!! woo!

Debbie decided against the cineplex addition to the bags because we have so much already in there

*sidenote - the prizes are so cute! i love it! also Debbie and I were talking and we think we should do the raffles next week! so keep the ballots coming in, advertise it as much as possible to get people to come and enter the draw

also i was wondering what is going on with the food donation box? when does that start & end?

paint party - EOD

- when you did this and left it for cody to fix, he never fixed it (it's your job to follow up, bc technically it's ICs job to handle EOD sheets). 

- i googled how to fix the problem and took care of it

- for the future, always ensure what you put on the EOD is working, even if u ask the guys to help you (which is 100% fine) just make sure you follow up bc it comes back to the ICs if it stays messed up.

NEW FOR EOD

- debbie wants us to separate HST and price for campus events tickets.

- look what i did and do that for all future campus events stuff

CW haunt

- gave debbie the contract she asked for

- looked into playoffs to find out when they start and if Brad is gunna sell tickets through Compass for playoff games..... ticats only has 2013 schedule up haha.. so that wasn't helpful.

CAW

- gave debbie the PO, change, my receipts, and the photocopies of my receipts.
- made com journal to staff about not letting customers see the things they are handing out to them bc it ruins the surprise. they should be kept out of site of customers. not sitting right in front of them...

- made up the presents.
- i took out the shirts and sweaters bc they are too expensive and the old promo isn't nice (like the old sweaters) so i dont wanna put those in the present.
- instead, i added $10 grey hound bucks to each gift AND i went down and talked to robyn and she gave us $5 gift cards for each present.
- i tried calling our GO rep (brandon; 905 803 8008 ect. 2629) to ask if we could give away like a $10 presto reward or something (i.e., like we can put 10$ to their presto card if they have one) -- he didnt answer the phone so can you please call and see if there is anything they can donate in any way
- debbie is considering giving a cineplex thing too. so we'll see about that
- debbie wants us to call rick at 1280 and ask if he can donate like a 5 or 10 dollar gift card to each present, he didnt answer when i tried calling so can you go down and find him?! -- when talking to robyn i explained we are giving these prizes away from compass but we want to include as many MSU services as possible to help promote the MSU... it helps them wanna be involved and participate. i think going down is the best option bc that way u'll actually get to speak to him vs. waiting for him to be in his office  i can out of time to go there myself. the presents are in the cabinet btw!

-we're almost out of halloween haunt, debbie has ordered more

**debbie has asked us to update the bulletin board and we need to come up with our raffle prize & begin advertising for CAW.

oct 24th - afternoon

-added paint party to the powerpoint :)

-there were three group sales for Halloween Haunt, took care of those

-responded to emails

-PO for CAW stuff - done!! i got the $30.00 from Marn and I should have the stuff today so we should be good for Monday :) when i was leaving they were well through the second box of chocolate, soooo im thinking ill probably have to buy more chocolate next week but for now im going to hold off

-as far as the prize for the raffle, im still down to do some sort of gift card or something.. i think that's best but that means we have to buy it ourselves which debbie prefers us not to do.
- i ran out of time to do these advertisements but we can do that monday since that is when it will officially start - we should decorate on monday too

-what do you mean "banner advertisements"? Im confused as to what this entails lol
