- Called Cheryl from Campus Store and left a message about getting a poppy box for the desk. She is out of the office until Monday so I will try again then

Today:
- Answered Al's email about the Hollerado counts
- Got ticket pick up form from desk and Ti-cats tickets for Sunday
- Brought candy down to the desk for continuing giveaways
- Emailed school of the arts our ticket contract as they called and asked for it
- Organized Prize packs and printed off a certificate for the campus events Hollerado tickets because Al isn't giving them actual tickets! For this we are just to get the winners name and then tell him. He will put their name plus one on the guest list!
- Put Exclusive Club Card tickets on RMS, in RED till only because we have to fill out the tracking sheet, posted in comm journal about it
- Counted and returned tickets to Rock without Borders contact this morning. Filled out the contract- all that has to be done is the cheque rec for that
For you:
- Do the draw from the raffle and all three twitter draws! Contact all individuals and tell them to come pick up their prizes. You can tell them all hours tomorrow between the two of us and Alessia and Scott's hours so that they have ample time to come up to the desk

- Spoke with Mike and arranged ticket pick up tonight for Ti-cats tickets
- Emailed Nicole and Michelle about Mike coming as they are the two that could potentially be in when he comes to get them.
- Tweeted the prize pack and posted on Facebook about it
- Tweeted the CWL ticket giveaways
- Gave the ti-cats staff cheque rec to accouting once I received the invoice from Mike
- Got Leanne to make a sign for the desk about todays one hour closure for our meeting

- Prepared the purchase order to get the cheque for the staff outing and gave it to accounting
- Met with Scott and Alessia about tomorrows meeting
- Changed RMS, and website to accurately represent the new ticket price for Rock without Boarders
-Met with John Gabriel about exclusive club card sales and accepted tickets/filled out contract
- Gave copy of contract to Debbie and prepared one to put down at the desk. I will leave it on the calendar.
- Called Zach, still no answer
Tomorrow:
- Do not put out tickets for Exclusive ClubCard as I am waiting for an email from John with a tracking sheet
- Post about our prize pack on Facebook and website/tell the staff what is in it
