Things I Did:

- updated our calendar to see things we can do for the rest of the semester 
- filled out poppy agreement (waiting for underground to respond and ill get the boxes tomorrow and deliver them)
- updated RMS for tier 2 tickets - we needed to do it today just incase a ticket is sold tomorrow morning 
- did more stuff... i cant remember lawls 

Things to Do:

- figure out agenda items to talk about at management meeting 
- promote everything 

Oct 31

Things I Did:

- Promo for halloween haunt, charity ball, dine for a cause and school of arts play (only on twitter)
- booked Underground for service highlights on our calender

Things to Do:

- You have a meeting tomorrow (NOV 1) with Debbie and Trish from 1 - 2 pm at our desk upstairs (its also in the email)
- Remove TIER 1 Special offer tickets for Charity Ball from RMS 
- TIER 2 is starting November 1st (I will do this on Nov 1 at 10 am)

Oct 30

Things I Did:

- updated EFRT and spark formal slide on LCD and ipads
- Comm post about Spark formal
- tickets are in elastic bands and in the safe
- put out posters for Spark

we need to remember to REMOVE TIER 1 (ends Oct 31) for Charity ball since TIER 2 begins Nov 1st 


Things to do:

- check football game to see if they made playoffs
- Email services for poppy donation boxes

Oct 30

Things I Did:

- Fix float sheet 

- EFRT came by to do their service of the week

 - Did EOD                     

Things to do:

- Put out tickets for spark (only red till / clipboard needs to be put out) 

- Slide show: can you add efrt service of the week (delete macademics), first year formal, 

- put out posters (for spark, and ssc) 

Oct 26

Things I Did:

- Insert School of arts tickets into RMS
- Add tickets into ticket binder & CSR float sheet (5 of each ticket)
- update LCD and ipads for school of arts tickets
- emailed EFRT for their service starting oct 30
- cut the pictures and gave them to Debbie
- update float sheets for play tickets

Things to do:

- Get $10 gift card from campus store
- glue pictures on bristal board for staff social
- figure out pumpskin stuff 

Oct 25

Things I Did:

- Updated end of day for all three tiers of Charity Ball and Spark Formal 
- Promoted Halloween Haunt
- Printed Pictures
- Got Coffee Sleeves

Things to Do:

- Starbucks at Mac doesn't do gift cards so we have to go to the Main one (you can go during your shift) - or, ask Debbie if campus store is fine 
- Actually make a board with staff pictures 
- Give the pictures with the names to Debbie after cutting them 
- Email EFRT that their services highlight starts on the 30th 
- Make a sticker design for the coffee sleeves and get them printed out from underground (size is 2inchesx 4inches) 
- Promo for Halloween Haunt, Charity ball, and Spark formal (coming soon tickets)
- We need to decorate the desk for halloween and also figure out social logistics (where to get pumpkins, etc. - Melina can get them and get pizza since she has a car! Please do not forget to pick up the key for the social on Friday before they close! )

Things I Did:

- Met up with Lindsay and went over Charity ball agreement
- set up charity ball slide on LCD and ipads
- Set up Spark formal tickets on RMS (but currently inactive)
- Marked Tier 2 and 3 as inactive for Charity Ball tickets
- Set up slide for Spark on LCD and ipads
- Met up with Elizabeth ad completed advertising contract (copy given to Debbie)

Things to Do:

- update end of day sheet for Charity Ball (you also need to teach me this, i dont know how lol)
- I got Debbie to authorize a PO for a $10 employee of the month gift card from starbucks, and got the debit card from kevin! Both the PO and debit card is placed in the second drawer near the window of our desk. Just print 2 copies of the receipt - give on to kevin and keep one to file !
- grab coffee sleeves from Connor
- Print pictures for staff social on Sunday
- Promo for Halloween Haunt, Charity ball, and Spark formal (coming soon tickets)
