- home page - removed labour day notice and tommy trash notice
- events tickets - football and bulldogs needed to be updated. bulldogs section now includes procedure details
- transportation - ST needed to be updated - old info was still on it, so i put all the new stuff on (multipass, details, etc. and removed the "starting sept 13th" notices)
- activated paid advertising page, attached contract to the link

Other
- tonight when i close i am pulling football, frosh, and I am doing stuff for ST for debbie - may be pulling some of the ST tickets
- photocopied one of each ST ticket for debbie's records
- called and emailed lana about football tickets (to pick up the current tickets next week but to drop off the upcoming game tickets ASAP) - her cheque it ready too, told her we'd give it to her when she comes in next
- emailed darien lake telling them that a cheque and 46 tickets are being sent back to them through mail on monday

Had a meeting with Al
- he is going to email us next week with further details, but so far...
- he is going to drop of 1000 packaged tickets - football and homecoming tickets as a package
- he is going to drop off 900 total tickets for students specifically (not package deal, homecoming and football tickets sold separately from one another)
- he is going to drp off 100 total tickets for alumni students specifically (again, not packaged. homecoming and football separately for alumni students)

- note that Al quickly said all of this, so these details are not that specific and may be sort of ambiguous or confusing. he is going to work out everything and email us complete details once he figures everything out.
- we need to coordinate the package tickets tho - as you know from last year, compass sold tickets and then released the package deals, customers who bought the footbal tickets before the package deal came out weren't happy bc they could have gotten both homecoming and football together for less. so this year we gotta coordinate it all so that this is avoided

- came in and dropped on the contract for paid advertising

- when it gets closer to the date, we will see how many slides she sends and act accordingly.
- made photocopies of contracts

To do:
- we need to create a slide for the powerpoint that saying something like - compass busiest hours are thurs and fri afternoons, to avoid waiting in line purchase your tickets or w.e ahead of time (i didnt have tine to do this today, if you get a chance please start this)
- also, debbie wants us to hand out our swag to ppl standing in line waiting, so every like 20 minutes go out and give ppl swag. ill start this tn when i work.
