I added all contract dates to the calendar so you know whats going on when u return from vacation. right now all we need to worry about is pangaea (this weekend), mardi gras (tonight), and monster truck (this weekend). All these three will have to be recoiled monday.

- sooo, Al came in monday and gave me these two tickets. he said to release comedy night the next day (tuesday) and dallas smith wednesday. i went ahead and did this
- i got an email from sabine were she mentioned they were being released the following week, so i emailed Al to clarify whats going on, and if the release date had changed. when he was up here he said it wasn't a rush and doesnt matter when they are released, so if there was a change and we werent informed i dont think it will matter much. we'll see tho when he replies

- I went down and did a physical count of the tickets to get the exact number and clear up any confusion.

for gift certificate - its on word, so you can either fill the name out on the computer or write it after, make sure debbie signs it and ask her about expiry date - i dont know if she'll want one
- i filled out the little thank-you cards, all you have to do it fill in names - and they are left in drawer next to the desk, along with the extras ; i've labelled each card saying which contest its for
- i almost made the valentines for the gifts - theyre with the thank you cards - so just throw them in there
-im taking rest of the hearts downstiars to have staff work on them

- she said its fine that we're letting customers use the greyhound bucks right away for this week, but if we ever decide to use them again we should be giving it to them after their purchase and then they should come back to use the coupon
- she also noticed the schedule you put up for CAW on the comm journal - she would like kanye west tickets to be promoted on some of the says - so i just edited your post and said to promote kanye west on wed and thursday

printed everything - the line was pretty crazy but i got eerything - i printed 3 copies of the posters, one is on board between tills, another pair is on board by elevator, and you can use the third pair for your table on wednesday
ballots - i was just thinking, we dont know if people will actually be filling these ballots out, so lets just leave that many for now, and just keep checking to see how fast they are going - we dont wanna waste paper for no reason
i made a sign for the ballot box and will leave it downsatirs, the ballots are in the box
and i replied back to paula about kanye tickets - debbie said she will discuss options with her, so we dont have to worry about that

I went to the dollar store last night just to look around and get ideas/make sure we had enough money etc. I'll be buying everything tonight/this weekend
i went to underground twice, there were massive line ups so i couldnt print out the stuff , hopefully you have better luck later today printing out the posters/pictures. i emailed your posters and my document to our IC account, so just open up the email on an underground comp. if you can, print out the stuff in my document on the harder paper (instead of the regular paper) - that way it lasts longer and can be reused - thank you :)
i finished the board - except for the images in the document i was unable to print

- okay so since you're doing the shopping over the weekend - fill the PO out tomorrow morning and get the cash right away from MARN. so do like 35.87 from promotions line and 64.13 from unirforms, for a total of $100 - you'll have to get physical copy of PO from Marn, and then just fill out saying oyu need stuff for customer appreciation week
- I make ballots for gift card raffle - its saved in word, so on Monday print it and make photocopies, and then you can make CSRs cut them up and put them on the desk - its saved under customer appreciation week folder in our IC account
- I made a gift card template - so just fill it out once you have a name and print at it underground so it still looks pretty

- yesterday when i looked at the RMS numbers it said -143 when it should have been -150.. since it was such a huge difference i didn't trust that this number was correct as the over/shortage.
- i looked through rec td, debbie is gunna finish off the last of it and figure out the actual number for me. then ill finish the internal transfer
- okay so we were short 2 early bird tickets, over 11 regular student, and short 9 guest. in the end all the tickets were accounted for but they were just sold incorrectly.

calender - compass
- started the compass calendar online and added all our events
website
- put up latin formal poster
- monster truck information (also put out monster truck tickets and printed out new floats)
- removed snowtubing and CB
snowtubing cheque request was approved and i handed it into accounting, made copies etc
starting internal transfer for paint party - leave this for me to finish up - i need to confirm something with debbie about ticket numbers before i finish i (need to finish the over/shortage)
