customer appreciation week
im just gonna write everything we discussed down here - so you have something to refer to while I'm gone, and so we're clear on whats happening
Monday
- candy should go out on desk
- greyhound bucks should go out - they're like little $5 coupons, and then customers can use them right away on their purchases
- a box/basket should be placed downstairs for the gift card raffle
- a tweet and facebook post should be made for the twitter and fbook contests
Tuesday
- prep for Wednesdays table (Debbie wants the table to be displayed on wednesday instead of Tuesday) - all current ticket sales, bulldogs, niagara adventure pass, yuk yuks, summer attractions should be advertised
- you can draw up posters/flyers and stuff - whatever you want
- continuation of candy/greyhound bucks/and the three contests
Wednesday
- set up table for 2-3 hours - have all advertising material out, any old promo stuff, move the gift card raffle box over to the table and put up a sign so people will be approaching your table to fill the ballots out
- Debbie and I were thinking you can even get volunteers for the table - like if its not busy grab the CSR working on green or just tell CSRs whoever wants to hang around can come at whatever time you decide
Thursday
- announce winners for all three contests, the gifts should be ready by this point - all three winners should be announced on fbook and twitter
- the fbook/twitter prizes - so we'll have 4 prizes in total to give out - for these just put the shirt/candy in gift bag
- gift card raffle: again just put the shirt,card, whatever candy leftover in the bag
- you can leave the gifts with the CSRs all of thursday and all of Friday - just make sure you remind them that if no one comes to pick them up they should put them in the back office!
Friday
- just continue with pickups, send out fbook/tweet saying we appeciate everyone who participated in our activities this week.. blah blah
