IC meeting training today
- so im not coming today to the training. debbie said the following: tell them to write down any questions they have (including questions they come up with after the training today), we will follow up at our next meeting and answer those questions (debbie wants you to get their availability again and schedule another meeting. can do we Tuesday again at 11:30?)
- website -- debbie said to leave this for me, i will go over this with them at our next meeting
- also at our next meeting i am going to go through the IC manual bc there is important things i put in there today to help them out next year. 
- don't rush through the checklist, take ur time, thoroughly explain everything so there is no confusion and so they are fully trained. odds are you wont be able to get through the entire checklist today so we will need more training days. 

Bulldogs
- counted + checked RMS, called Zack to give him the numbers and to set a date for him to pick up the tickets. he didnt answer, so im emailing him. 
- nvm he called me back! so big changes with the bulldogs for next year. the team is leaving and a new team in coming in but they will no longer the the AHL (one step below the NHL), they are now a step lower, (OHL).
- we are not getting any more tickets in. i asked him to set a specific date for him to come pick up the tickets from us. he is gunna talk to his boss and get back to us today. 
- when he responds, we have to advertise this date everywhere (LCD, website, FB, twitter) bc it will be the last date for ppl to buy vouchers. if he responds during ur shift please do this

- printed out everything we need except for logos! we are using out current logo's on the middle board. which i like there. so if u can, please print out new logos for the elevator board. im gunna head down to start putitng everything together. the logos should go with the two big bus cut outs on the board. for now, to fill space, i put other random exam-related pictures up . feel freee to move those elsewhere on the board so that u can fit the logos on.

debbie and i met for a bit to discuss some things about the meetings and next year since i wasnt at the meeting (i.e., ideas, designs, promo, LCD issues, etc)

need to order a new big desk calendar !! ill do this as i walk downstairs to get the board done -- tried ordering but they were all out of stock, ill try again next week

- emailed him to double check if the ticket price is supposed to be +HST or tax included. right now, i put it as tax included in the RMS and EOD.  if he replies saying he wants HST we will need to change this.

- tickets and advertising dont go out until monday. (we dont have tickets yet, or posters)
- they will be bringing the registration form as well on monday. so the event is open to anyone, they buy their tickets and then look at the registration form and put their name at a table (they asked me how they should do it, i advised that they state the table numbers, such as "table one" and then insert a chart below it with the number of rows that match the amount of seats at the table. they will be doing this. if there is a large group of friends that want to all sit together but their isn't enough seats at the table, they can put their names down at separate tables and then email alessia and the other organizer, and they will put the students' tables together. 
- do RMS, EOD and float for now, we will do the rest monday

Blue Jays
- i didn't get around to looking into the blue jays thing but this is what we should do:
- 1) in our email to them, we should open by introducing ourselves then stating that students have been inquiring about blue jays tickets and if we can offer them.
- 2) mention that we offer consignment tickets such as the Hamilton Bulldogs and Ti-Cats. This will lead us into explaining a useful option that they might wanna try (bc each year they usually say no to simple consignment tickets)... we can explain that both groups provide consignment tickets for a specific section that have a certain price that we can offer students.
