Things I did
Got tickets ready for Pick-up at Compass:
- All tickets and a ticket pick-up form is at the red till for CSR's to complete
- Gave explanation to Partow via email AND Facebook so she was aware when she came in
Posted about Raffle on Comm, Journal and whipped up ticket contract:
- Debbie asked me to do this as she asked a CSR and they weren't aware of the raffle
- She thought having a ticket contract would help them and would be useful for future IC's so I did this up :)
December Hours:
- Made social media post about this
Entertainment Books:
- Sales have been extended until the end of the term
- Debbie picked up ten of them (complete ticket-pick-up form and I stapled it to the contract
- When we get low contact Debbie (not our Debbie) for more
Things To do
Macapella:
- Picking up tickets TODAY at 3:00PM through our staff downstairs
Cross-Promotions:
- Debbie wants us to do raffles and stuff with other MSU services to bring them to light every month next term
- Ideas for good services to partner with?
Capital Request:
- Debbie wants us to think of ideas for items to buy to give Compass a better look (especially to replace the old white boards (she already has a Compass sign and cue-line on the list)
Cue Line Sign:
- We need to find another cue line sign or order one
- I will look in the storage room later
Management Meeting:
- Debbie wants one on Tuesday of next week (check email)
