April 12/13/19

Things I Did:

- got the batteries for the LED board
- shred tickets
- updated slideshow (remove SSS slide)
- other stuff

April 19:
- updated sliwdeshow with cineplex
- updated website with cineplex expiration date
- updated slideshow, twitter and facebook slide about HSr U-pass cards will not be given out next year so they need to hold on to it (in email)
- emailed humanities society to pick up cheque - but they're unresponsive - try emailing them again otherwise give the cheque to debbie!
- i went to accounting to pick up gospel choir cheque but they said someone picked it up so im assuming its debbie IDK - maybe go tom and check with them again if not then just email debbie about that too!


Things To Do:

- also I cuoldnt find the beach event ticket contract - i didnt do the internal transfer so im not sure (i check in the cupboard where all our contracts our filed but its not there)
- PO for permanent white marker for our new boards so we can write "property of compass" on them (debbie said to check the nevexco book)
- I also still have the humanities formal cheque and its the second drawer paperclipped to the contract (so debbie told me that last year the mcmaster humanities society didnt cash out their cheque that was worth $7000 cause the cheque expires after a duration of 6 months! So I think Debbie was saying something along the lines of the fact that the VP would take this issue into consideration so if you wanna talk to her about that no thursday if someone comes to pick up their cheque!
