• Send out communication of Wonderland tickets to MSU staff (Getting Debbie to edit email) 
• Buy stickies for compass boards 
• put the rest of the compass boards up 
• finish reconciling homecoming concert tickets 
• re-do board for sacha tickets 
• Ask Mike Wooder about putting up a compass poster on the MSU window 
• Find alternative spots for our older white boards 
• Set up meeting for Service Highlight board with all the managers of revenue generating services (Debbie is editing email) 
• fix up Compass slides 
• Find a place for our chalkboard 
• Start utilizing our LED board 

May 24th To Do

- Set up meeting with Campus Store for Swag
- Contact VP Ed for election promotions (follow up on Thursday)
- Contact Kristina for all service contact emails
- Send out email for to all service contacts
- Get in touch with SOCS
- Check on ticket stock

- look over year plan and make to do for summer

- Make up swag give away prizes

- Give away prizes for staff meetings? Talk with Emily  
- Contact clubs admin for allowing Compass event ticket promotion

Last Shift!

Hi Danny & Manjyot!

I hope you guys are having a fantastic start to your roles!

This role can be challenging but really exciting and a great learning opportunity as well. I have learned so much and will be taking a lot with me. Don't forget to have fun and really test out your creativity with this position, it really allows you to do that. Additionally, don't be afraid to ask for clarification with Debbie or anyone else. Sometimes its better to double check!

Hope you guys have fun and make the same friendships I did! This is a really rewarding job.

Things I Did:

- got the batteries for the LED board
- shred tickets
- updated slideshow (remove SSS slide)
- other stuff

April 19:
- updated sliwdeshow with cineplex
- updated website with cineplex expiration date
- updated slideshow, twitter and facebook slide about HSr U-pass cards will not be given out next year so they need to hold on to it (in email)
- emailed humanities society to pick up cheque - but they're unresponsive - try emailing them again otherwise give the cheque to debbie!
- i went to accounting to pick up gospel choir cheque but they said someone picked it up so im assuming its debbie IDK - maybe go tom and check with them again if not then just email debbie about that too!


Things To Do:

- also I cuoldnt find the beach event ticket contract - i didnt do the internal transfer so im not sure (i check in the cupboard where all our contracts our filed but its not there)
- PO for permanent white marker for our new boards so we can write "property of compass" on them (debbie said to check the nevexco book)
- I also still have the humanities formal cheque and its the second drawer paperclipped to the contract (so debbie told me that last year the mcmaster humanities society didnt cash out their cheque that was worth $7000 cause the cheque expires after a duration of 6 months! So I think Debbie was saying something along the lines of the fact that the VP would take this issue into consideration so if you wanna talk to her about that no thursday if someone comes to pick up their cheque!

- measured vinyl board and sent underground an email
- finish cheque req for Gospel Choir
- updated slideshow
- emailed musical and eng musical to pick up their cheques (the only ones that are remaining, Wahi already picked hers up from MacAfricans)
- updated EOD

April 10:

- updated slideshow with CNE and African lion safari coming soon
- updated boards ^
- just an FYI: debbie wants to exchange the whiteboard behind you because its not sturdy enough unless Sean can fix it by this afternoon
- MMT is coming today around 2:30 to pick up their cheque (2 remaining-sent reminder emails today)


Things to do:

- theres an unread email from Christine
- organize the desk: organize papers on your left - most are campus events related (filed the completed contracts with cheque reqs and gave copies to Debbie since she was missing some)
- reply to debbies email about vinyl banner ideas


- update slideshow: April 13 - last day for SSS advertising agreement (I will do this on Friday since Im working this week on Friday)
