To Do - August/September

As of August 16th 2011:

Promotions / Advertising

• CNE/Ontario Place Draw - Pull and contact winners
• Update the website - ticket sales, contests, merch sales, football ticket sale dates, yuk yuk tickets, updated transportation info for school year, FAQ, etc.
• Update the powerpoint and bulletin boards
• Update the float sheet - Mac football tickets, take off roller derby, 
• CityPASS update - now you save 45%, update the website and the powerpoint with new figure, make sure we have the correct pamphlets
• Update the GO transit board and the plexiglass board with constant info - get campus map, etc.
• Welcome Week Preview piece has to be done by Friday

Ticket Sales / Rec

• Indian dance rec
• Roller derby rec
• Ensure we received the proper number of tickets for WW and Niagara Falls and add these to the contract so that we know we received more

Contact

• Contact Parrish re. football ticket sales - attach a contract that he is to fill out next time, ask to bring tickets for the october 6th and 22nd game when he picks up tickets from sept 10th game, let him know when tickets are going on sale

• Contact paul re. shinerama donation - make a poster on regular sized paper that is visually attractive and appealing, detailing that customers should indicate to staff whether they want to donate and the amount-- see if paul wants to do short video clip about shinerama for staff training (check with Karl)
• Email students/staff regarding wonderland rates - double check the specific day rates and dates that they are valid for
• Send Debbie the uniform size list for staff
• Contact Shawna from Roller Derby re. cheque pickup

Football

• Update the RMS with the first game for football, do the LCD and website with both games and sale dates for homecoming tickets

Other

• Video needs to be updated to take Sam out lol (cant do it without redoing the whole thing)
• Email clubs/faculties with attached ticket contract letting them know about our services and admin fees, etc.
• Maybe we can do some circulating promos (ie. yuk yuk wag jag comparisons)
• Add RMS open button for Shinerama - add this to the manual if its not already there
• Update the bulletin board near the elevators with September board
• Contact VOLV re. welcome week wristbands

Schedule

• Figure out schedule for the upcoming year - blocks of 1.5 hours usually for IC's between 9am-4pm 

 Wonderland

• RMS programming for any-day tickets for fall and Halloween haunt
• start advertising for halloween haunt tickets and fall tickets (flex)
• update the website and powerpoint with this info asap
