Welcome Week To Do List

• Charge Horizons for the whiteboard marker set
• Follow up with GO transit about the schedules 
• Double check the number of fall wonderland tickets and re-order them
• Update the website with volv wristbands and the concert tickets
• Contact Al since he still did not bring by the concert tickets/contract
• Update the float sheet with September tickets
• Update the powerpoint with the WW concert tickets and volv wristband promo
• Update the whiteboard with wonderland fall tickets/volv wristband/welcome week concert to target first years
• Make sure we have the "what do i do if" flyer down at the desk for staff
• Print out the updated staff phone list for the desk and the back office - remind SS to send this out to staff
• Update the plexiglass board with info that will be constant
• Post on MacInsiders for new students detailing what compass has 
• Contact Siobhan (Diversity Services) re. night marketplace on October 11th ($100) tables set up at 5pm, people asked to come at 5:15, you have until 6pm to set up your booth - we will need 2 volunteer staff to work ~ goes to 11pm
• Print flyers for next week (waiting in line on one side/compass information on the other)
