-Emailed Krystin to get go ahead for summer flyer (because of wonderland logos we need her approval)
-Met with Jen 1280. She's definitely in for the beach balls. We also talked about working on the hand sanitizer together. We could give them hand sanitizer to give out since they are a food service place. When they direct people to compass to buy tickets that would be great promotions. Shes also interested in the guitar shaped key ring.
-Emailed Go rep about flyers for adverts and about donations towards our phone wallet swag item.
-Jay from BigTree will get back to me for beach ball if we can have 4 prints, if we can do 2 sides of the guitar key ring and if they have a larger size of the hand sanitizer.Will hear back from Michelle. talked to her about our questions as well.
-Created summer blast email. Sent to all msu users.
-Mike Wooder wants us to move our coffee sleeves date one week before or after. He said he has to take the week of homecoming which was what we had (Sept 18-25). or that we could work something out where we combine that week but its better if one person takes one week and the other the other week. I dont get if there's some kind of heirarchy in the msu but i don't see why it isnt a first come first serve operation if we booked that week first. I told him i had to talk to you first and would get back to him.
