It looks like things are going great and that you are getting a TON done for us, thank you for that! I am sorry that I cannot be involved more than I am.
So for swag items, let me know when people finalize their decisions on cross promoting with us, that is really all that we have to wait for so we can figure out costs and amounts that we can budget for.
Has Mike Beattie finished our video to send to Josh for the Clubs training manual? I would love to see it if you have it.
Alessia had emailed me (I think you were in the same email too) about confirming the training dates in September. I emailed her back and just told her I needed to clarify that MacQuest wasn't on Wednesday September 2nd, as I think that we should both be at the table for that event considering we may get a large group and have to split them up into two (we would each talk to one). Could you please confirm this date as I am only going off of memory so that I can let Alessia know?

ReplyDeleteYes, will do. Honestly Swagg is the last BIG thing we have to sort out before i'm done next tuesday so i'm hoping everyone that needs to get back to us does by the end of this week latest.
I will go ask Mike now and keep you updated but I spoke with Josh yesterday and he said he is in contact with Mike so they are fine with regards to the video.

Okay let me know what Mike says about the video! I must have missed that post about Wooder but I just read it. I don't think it is an issue about what week we do it! I think we should do it the week before the one we had originally chosen because our next one is soon after that so it will be good to split them up! People will be coming to us for homecoming tickets anyway so we don't really need the extra advertising during that week! Plus, Mike has been very kind helping us out with some things so we can do this for him.

THE MAP! We want to have these printed before New Marauder Day as the pocket map will be a great resource for students! Mike has already finalized splitting the cost and the map is designed and confirmed. Please discuss with Debbie about the Megabus stop location (to see if we are removing it or leaving it on the map, Brenda from Megabus was to provide us with that info) and then go ahead and print however many Mike thinks! I think we had said either 1000 or 2000, I would confirm with him and our budget.
Mike said hes on it but it isn't done yet. Hes had a lot of urgent stuff come up recnetly and since clubs training isn't until Sept he's taking his time to do it well. He said hell let us know when it's done so i'll give him both our emails to contact us since I won't be here after next week.

I know!!! I didn't forget the maps but been waiting for Brenda. I wanted to send her a reminder email and remembered how exasperated she was when you called her that day because many people had been asking and I was scared to send any email. loool. I'll talk to Debbie and see what she says.
