UPDATES - CHANGES TO CSR CommJournal/Facebook:
CSR CommJournal
- Use master formal to present ticket information (having the same format will make it easier to read and gather information)
- Green highlight on title of ticket only (no other colour)
Facebook:
- Used for staff shift changes and planning staff outings
- Photo album to be used to post photos of current tickets we are selling AND comment an image of comm journal post correlated to that ticket
