Things I did

Charity Ball:
- Stocked up both tills on these tickets for last minute purchases

Our Fold Out Table:
- This is broken apparently!
- Found out from last nights SWHATchocolate (which is on Wednesday's now 6-7)

Powerpoints:
- Updated these again (removed Orphan Sponsorship slide since they only get 1 week free)

Whiteboards:
- Updated these 
- Got rid of January monthly HSR passes and added Macbeth
- Behind the Charity Ball board Partow made an Arkells board (to be changed to this on Saturday)
- Humanities formal one needs to be changed to say SOLD OUT when we do sell out (20 tickets left now)

Things to know:

Cupcakes from Westdale:
- Debbie has to check with John to be approved to do this so do not respond to their email until we get a 'go-ahead'
- If so it will be $2.50 per cupcake remit $1.50 (they can drop them off Monday and Wednesday the week of Valentine's Day
- We can talk more about this when we run into one another
- (exciting though, nonetheless)!

Desk Calendar:
- Put all important things that need to be done on there 
- Check this during each shift :)

Emails:
- Flagged all things that you should read up on to stay in the loop
- Please leave the banner email and cupcake email unread so I remember to respond once things are decided :)

Job Shadowing:
- CSRs may contact us directly to shadow us during our shifts
- Schedule a time for them to do so during one of your work shifts (30 minute shadowing)
- They will not be paid for this
- Do not show them extensive detail just a really broad outline

Things to do 

Humanities Formal:
- Email them ticket update on the daily @ the end of every shift!!*

Charity Ball:
- Email Al ticket sales number in the morning and afternoon Fri
- I will email him at 10
- Can you email him at the end of your shift tomorrow please? :) 

New Floor Banner:
- Kristina check email from Debbie/Underground and we will discuss any design updates or anything
- Also discuss if we need a new window banner
