Things I did:

Emailed Michelle (Battlefield)
- to check about the status of the surprise toque order
- should be getting them either tomorrow or Monday

Advertising Contracts:
- we have received some interest and some contracts have been sent out
- keep a look out for those

Charity Ball:
- received and counted 421 more (placed in the safe)
- sent Al ticket sales update via email as he requested and informed him that we received 1 more ticket than the stated 420
- posted about public raffle on Facebook and Twitter, I will look after this :) (winner to be announced on Jan 12th)
