allllrighty so my friday post didnt save/publish but i got so much done lol yet i cant remember what i did...
anyways, here's what's been done today:
1. YATES CUP TICKETS ARE IN. theyre on sale, i started a checklist for it, so whatever i dont finish if you could do, that would be great! (i didnt touch the website for sure)
there are more tickets available if we need!! so we started with 500 annnnd once that runs low we need to talk to mark, so keep checking that throughout your shift :)
2. MAROONS FORMAL
-advertising is done - waiting on pdf/jpeg for the powerpoint*
-emily came by and gave me the account number for the $$ to be transferred to :)
3. Nov 8th football game - cheque rec done & with debbie- tickets were never picked up last week
4. POPPIES
-Cheryl is going to bring more around noon - debbie talked to her and dealt with that because i couldnt get a hold of her when i was in on friday
5. Raphaela from Mac Hummers wants to sell tickets to their formal through us and they need to be out on wednesday, she is coming at 12:30 on tuesday (tomorrow) during my shift, so hopefully things wont be too hectic and i can get everything done for those tickets tuesday. if not, im in wed morning so that shouldnt be a problem
