- im going to discuss this stuff at the meeting which is why i called him to try getting ahead of everything so we can prepare staff

before you leave make sure you
- give mark and update -- i called him, he is expecting a call from you. he is also going to come pick up the tickets at 5 today, make sure you prepare the staff to do the ticket pick-up thingy for 5.
- move all paint party tickets to red-- take from green put on red, add all the tickets from the safe to red -- all tickets need to be on red so that any students tonight and all day tomorrow will be able to guy tickets and the staff wont have to worry about running out if you give a lot
- Debbie would like you to do the cheque rec for humanities
- while talking to Al on the phone he asked for ticket counts for everything  (paint party, july talk, craig cardiff) -- i gave him these. he asked for another update from you before you leave today (you can email him these numebrs)
