nov 26 - dana

vanier cup
- thanks for putting the contract on the wall for us to use, very useful
- emailed Robin for update on her tickets (her son is not a mac undergrad but has come to every game for the last 5 years so Wooder and I are trying to make sure she gets tickets if some are left over at the end of the day--please leave her emails for me, she asked me when she was here if I can personally keep correspondence with her so I agreed to make her comfortable, she really wants to get her son tickets).
- updated format of vanier info to match consistency of the rest of the website, edited info slightly as well.
- replied to ppl on twitter who msged us a few days ago about vanier tickets to let them know personally that tickets were now in (bc before i just replied saying please keep checking etc.
- added all the ticket information to the website, the info about how the landyards work and when they will receive tickets and the fact that they must bring their student ID to board the bus was missing and that stuff is super important lol. hopefully students who looked at the website earlier come back and check the site again because they neeeed to bring their student card to get on the bus at 5:00am.

twitter
- while on the account, i made sure we followed back everyone who recently followed us (i do this every few days)

there was a bunch of IC stuff at the desk so i collected it all and put it away up here for us (i.e., stuff from boards).

craig cardiff
-  called Al to let him know his 10 tickets are ready for him anytime, no answer, so i emailed him.

Mikayla-- sign the cards that are sitting on the desk for the CSRs then return them to debbie :)

charity ball
- made info for website so when we get tickets i can just quickly copy and past it to the website and com journal.
- since al didnt get a reply in order to figure out if we would be able to release tickets at compass today (like during my shift) he didnt bring the tickets. i called and emailed him to tell him i can definitely do it now, but i could'n't get a hold of him. i found him tho near the end of my shift and he said he'll just bring them tomorrow instead, so expect that in the morning :D woooohooooo
- he wants to drop them off at 10am, i told him you dont start until 11:30 and asked him if he can come at that time instead. he replied through email saying 11:30 is good.
- ALSO: this is important --> debbie is away tomorrow. she told me to tell you that when you accept the tickets, look at their size and make a decision if you think we can fit them all in our safe. we do not want to crowed the top part of the safe and make it impossible to grab other tickets without always removing all the charity ball tickets (we can lose tickets if we are always moving them in and out of the safe). we can also use the part of the safe where the float money is kept, but we also do not want to crowed that space either. so debbie said only accept what you think will fit in the top part of the safe and the float part of the safe-- if you look at the tickets and it looks like they wont all fit, ask Al to please store some in his safe in his office and only take what you think will fit, tell him 1) because we dont have enough room in our safe to hold all the tickets and 2) we don't want to squish them into the safe and risk damaging any of the tickets.... I talked to him about this in the past so he knows we have limited room in our safe and he is okay with storing some for us while we work on selling them.

see email from debbie about lunch reservations!

website
- removed all sold out tickets (i usually leave the info on the site with a "SOLD OUT" notice for a little while after we sell out just so students can still get transportation/directions and event intormation after they purchase the tickets) -- humanities, maroons,
