- Responded to her and broke down the entire sales (i.e., how many tickets we sold at which prices, the totals of each, the grand total, and the commission stuff). I gave her our extension in case she has any further questions and i said we're happy to go through it again with her when she comes to grab the cheque. i will check for it at accounting later today

Did the Christmas board, we should start planning the Jan board bc we need to do that asap when we return from the break

cineplex
- bringing them down today. Bundle 1 (labeled) is to be put in the top safe. the rest are to be put in the part of the safe that holds to float change (the small tiny safe at the bottom). There is a note on bundle 1 that states "do not put out until current inventory is sold out and tell debbie ASAP so she can change RMS for new tickets"----- so before you put them out call debbie and tell her so she can change the RMS before the CSRs sell any.

Things to do today
- First: make a "gift ideas" thingy for the christmas board--> like, you can go online and get a stocking picture offline and print it out at underground and then put a bunch of our logo's coming out of the top (like our event tickets, cineplex, etc) to promote our tickets (i already got all our transportation stuff on it to promote our transit tickets). or, if you have a different idea to promote our event tickets on that board go ahead and do your idea, as long as we are promoting our event tickets in some way in a christmas theme (which is why i thought the stocking-stuffer one would be cool).

To do whenever we have time from here on out:
- IC manual: we need to start going through this (electronic copy online) to make changes and add anything that could help the ICs next year. this will take a long time so whenever you run out of things to do you work on this and you leave me a msg on the com journal letting me know where you left off. I will do the same. so we can work our way through the IC manual together (or, we dont have to tell each other where we left off, we can just both go through it at our won pace and make changes we want, that way, at the end, we have both gone through and added stuff to each section)... now that I think about it, that is probably best. so we will both have to work our way through it and make changes. by the end, we should have both gone through the entire thing once. you can start this today if you have time. ill be starting on monday (i ran out of time since the board took a while), i'm already here past the time i was supposed to leave.
- cleaning up around the storage areas (i.e., outside Debbie's office) to throw out stuff that is old and stuff that wont be used ever again bc its damaged or w.e
