Bulldogs
- called zack, talked to him, re-explained frost week bc he was unclear what it was, gave him some ideas (student night, stick raffle, bulldogs mascot coming down to do the raffle and stuff, setting up a table) he is super interested and is gunna get back to us with dates when the mascot can come do all of this stuff
- gave him a ticket update, he is coming on Tuesday with more.
- promoted cirillo game -- facebook and twitter

Coffee sleeves
- debbie asked when our next coffee sleeve date is, idk where that is written down, do u have it?

Frost week
- can u come in during my shift on friday from 1:30-3:30 to discuss this? debbie and i went over some more stuff and i did a lot of stuff yesterday for it so we should meet and make a checklist of things for both u and i to do separately for this event (i..e., we will both be in charge of certain tasks for the frost week stuff, dividing duties)

Vanier
- sold out: put on twitter and facebook and a notice is on the desk

Charity ball
- i emailed him bc there are issues with stub that i noticed, like the fact that they work poorly for various reasons, i CC'd debbie.  Debbie read my email and agreed. she had me pull the stubs completely from the safe and is trying to get a hold of Al
- updated website poster

Stress balls
- i put out a bowl at the desk with stress balls with a sign saying "take me" b/c exams are coming

internal transfers
- debbie asked me to finish these bc she wants them out of the way fro next week

TO DO NEXT WEEK:
- reconcile vanier and july talk
- finish flip board for each day of the week. i already did 2. 
- elevator board for frost week theme, i got a plan done but we just need to prepare the stuff
- board between red and green -- during frost week we are removing everything from that board and we are gunna do a frost week thing, so we are gunna promote all of compass's stuff on this board during this week (i.e., all our tickets, transportation stuff, the break down of everything we are doing during frost week --- this break down has changed btw from when we talked the other day. so we gotta meet)
