MAROONS FORMAL

-met with emily & nicole, the social coordinators

-tickets and posters are still being printed, hopefully we get those tomorrow! 

-contract is done and i will do what i can on the check list
-contract can be found in our top drawer :) 

-tickets go on sale MONDAY, so i will get that all together and put out on friday during my shift - ill explain everything for this event during our meeting today! if we dont have time to go over everything, we can talk on the phone later or whatever and you can relay the info to the guys at the meeting tomorrow incase questions arise that we arent around for.

OUA SEMI-FINALS

-Debbie has asked me to call Mark and see if it is possible to get more tickets in case ours start going quickly. Wooder let us know that A&R is actually worried about Saturday because they havent sold many tickets so far.. so we'll see what happens but I'm going to double check with Mark just in case
**-more tickets are available if we start to run low! he said to either get in touch with him or melanie when we need 

ROCK W/O BORDERS

-gave Jasreen an update on ticket sales 

-i told Cody that we should hold on to all the waivers for this event, so i started a pile in the middle drawer at our desk! there is only one so far, but the RMS says we've sold three, SO im going to suggest to Jasreen to check with the students to make sure theyve signed waivers upon attending the event

SCHOOL OF ARTS TV AD

-email from school of the arts about advertising a slide for next week

-you can see what ive responded, she will hopefully come in today during your shift or tomorrow during one of our shifts to pay and bring in the contract!

-she also gave us the account number in the email that the payment will be coming from

-** i do not know where the "paid advertisement" thing is to put on the slide or if you made that yourself last time? if you could show be that would be greaaat :)
