nov 11 - dana

there are contracts all over the desk lol. the july talk one we still need, but there is a poppie contract and the 2 finished advertisment contracts which arent from me, idk what to do with them so please put them where they belong once ur finished with them so we dont lose them (I dont wanna move your stuff in case you need it still for anything)

july talk
- got the tickets from debbie
- look at checklist
- asked al for a second sheet of the reg/green/yellow descriptions so we can have 1 per window
- i did everything except pp, boards, FB/Twitter because the release time is at noon, i'm waiting to see campus events post something online about it because i put anything online myself. when your in can you check to see if they have released it yet? if so, go ahead and do PP, boards, FB/Twitter.
- im also waiting on a poster from them, which ill probably grab when they release it on FB.
- made envelopes for tickets for desk.They are in the safe, they need to be brought out to red/green once u start at noon.
- read my com journal post to see what else i did for the CSRs for these tickets
- printed out new float sheets, updated it.

humanities formal
- came in at 11:15 near the end of my shift. i got all the stuff and started the checklist. she is bringing the tickets later
- a board was done by me yesterday we just need to add the info now. or feel free to make a new one bc there isnt much room for humanities formal where i put it lol, i ran outta room.
- RELEASE DATE IS TOMORROW MORNING -- you need to contact the staff and prepare the tickets in the safe. text red opener. put note with tickets (put them in an envelope) and on the note just write the CSR's name that is opening tomorrow morning so that no one takes them tonight. 
- advertising is all done tomorrow. look at the checklist to see what is left to do for tomorrow (nothing else can be done today until release tomorrow).
- poster is saved to our pictures folder

TO DO on your shift:
- all advertising for july talk (facebook, twitter, boards)
- put out july talk tickets as soon as you start ur shift since they've been released at 12:00.
- humanities formal - prepare tickets for 8am release
