ticket pick-up
- emailed maroons to figure out ticket pick-up for Friday, i wanna get a head start on preparation so we aren't rushing on Friday --> they called me (yay) and want to keep the tickets on sale all friday night (yay x2)
- emailed/called Al to figure out ticket pick-up for July Talk (this Sat) and for Craig Cardiff (tomorrow). he didn't answer his phone so hopefully he replies to his email -- i also included ticket numbers for him in the email.
vanier cup
- tickets are not being sold, mac is gunna put up a large screen in the gym and have all the bars open and stuff on campus for people to come watch, but no tickets
- tickets are available for the stadium online tho (its done through vanier cup, not the uni's so we get no money or tickets)
- i put a link up online and some info about it for students who come to our website looking for tickets
- put on our FB and twitter too
- posted in com journal

- they advanced to the grey cup so i put that on our website/facebook/twitter to support them
debbie asked to to send a pic to both brad and mark showing our website stuff to show them out support.. make us look good i guess haha. i sent them both a nice 'thank you' email and let them know we helped promote the teams success through our pages.
elevator board
- sabbu didnt do the boards last year, she only did a few. i did the Christmas one, including the elves. i made a com journal post, please read -- i decided to make that decision bc I do not think debbie will appreciate us making elves like on our shifts when the board is already done, it will probably be seen as slacking since we are spending our shifts making elves that are not needed. however, since i love that some staff want to be involved, im super happy to include them in they make their own and provide them to me/you to put on the board for them.

- debbie said for you to make sure it gets on the powerpoint tomorrow, if you want, email them back and ask them if they have a diff powerpoint document to send u instead of the one they provided (bc its too large for the powerpoint), that way u can use a nice picture they send u vs. just making a slide with text on it
