July talk
- started stuff for this (such as float sheet and a template for the website) so that when he drops off the stuff i can just hammer out a lot of the checklist and get it out of the way so you have less to do tomorrow morning when the other new tickets come in

P.S. whenever you update a float sheet print out like 10 of them or so bc the staff need them to make their lives easier lol. unless u know that the following day your getting another new ticket, then either 1) wait a day to print them until you add the new ticket or 2) if you know what the new ticket is exactly you can just add it a day early and print it out on the spot for the staff. I printed out your new float sheet and put it downstairs.
