tv screens
- i replied to victoria about the TV screen ad. I wanted to reply this morning bc we had already waited long enough, that email was from last weeks oops lol

website
- went through all pages, made sure no links were broken, removed any old notices from different pages
- MSU online calendar: added all events that we have going on, including a post for every single bulldogs home game from here until april 18th (their last game)

bulldogs
- coming on wednesday to bring more tickets
- this friday they are playing toronto and are having a country night, so im gunna promote that
- the friday after next they are playing toronto again and are having a "military appreciation night" in support of the Marcus Cirillo Trust, where a special themed jersey will be worn and auctioned post-game
- we need to push these two events. I promoted the country theme night for this Friday, but we should promote it again on like wednesday or thursday too just in case.
- then next week we can start promoting the cirillo one for Nathan Cirillo's son.

December elevator board
- i'm thinking white background paper bc all the things i posting on the  board are red and green and mixed colours so i think if we have any colored background it would be too much and things wouldn't stand out
- prepared some stuff for this and put it in the binder for when we do the board

charity ball
- someone came to the desk and told the stuff something about charity ball, but im disregarding it bc they didnt come to us and idk who that person was who went to the desk and talked to our staff about ticket release. i tried calling Al to get another update directly from him but he was out of his office. i emailed him instead. i told the staff not to tell customers "campus events doesn't know anything yet" because that's not true... Al knows whats going on he told me over the phone he was getting them over the weekend or early this week and then will decide on a release date afterwards. so i dont really know why our staff were told that campus events doing know when they are getting tickets or anything looool. oh wells. Al shall confirm
- ran into al, he confirmed not to tell students that information and just to keep saying campus events has not decided on a release date yet
- made a com journal post for staff and called the staff directly (those who were currently working)

athletics and rec
- gave mark an update at 11:00am exactly.
- make sure you call him before u leave and leave him another msg, i left him a phone msg with the date and time and ticket count. my bad for forgetting last night. debbie did it for me tho, i got ryan to ask her for me since i was in class and forget. so everything with that worked out!

Thursday
- meeting for frost week scheduled for 12:45-1:15 next Thursday with you me and Debbie (im coming in early for this)

i left you a note from debbie on the desk about socs, please make sure you do that  for her :)
