- pulled contracts, went through our binder to make sure we had copies before throwing out the desk copies. any that we were missing in our "completed contracts" binder I replaced them with the desk copies (i put tabs on them too)
- also cleared out our ticket binder and moved old contracts to the completed contracts binder  (i.e., old cineplex, old citypass, etc)
- there were a lot of contracts you handled that were not in the current or completed binders up here, i took the copies from the desk. the poppies contract, the two advertising contracts for the school of arts, for example. lol thats why i'm always asking about contracts that are on the desk bc i dont know if they belong in one of those two binders, and in the end they can end up lost and debbie needs these contracts for auditing (she needs the last 7 year's worth of contracts to back up her audits whenever she is asked, so we noth neeeeeed to make sure we always put contracts away.).

- I pulled all the info from online about the online ticket sales (including removing it from the com journal for CSRs, as per debbie's request).
- this is because the MSU is trying to arrange a bus service, so we dont wanna promote students to get their tickets elsewhere (which we get no money for) when instead we can promote tickets through compass + a bus service with the tickets
- debbie wants to see u asap when u get in to discuss this with u too and to give u updates--odds are they will know by the time you start your shift whether or not this is gunna happen or not, if its happening, you need to take care of all advertising (FB, Twitter, Website, com journal, boards) since i wont be in to help

Frost week
- met with debbie since she can no longer come to Thursday's meeting, got her notes for us to use. I'll go over everything with you Thursday instead of typing it all here--but i'll post some stuff for you to work on with me in the mean time before Thurs.
- my shift already ended but i stayed a bit longer to do some of this frost week stuff, i ran out of time to check out account balance for promotions, can you please check that and let me know how much we have left? this is important as it will dictate what we can do from Debbie's ideas and things we brainstormed. loooots of planning needed for this.
